  1. Well the title says it all. Anyone can have it if they set up the kill on chaos (via the whole kingdom system), i am on Celebration. Will negotiate price. PS. Will sell it DIRT CHEAP.   2. So, with the new style "building towers" how does catapulting work? Can you aim at any specific level of the tower? Do you take out each wall section of each level independantly or are there rules involved? If all of the walls at a level get destroyed what happens to all the higher walls? A scenario I can imagine happening ... In a town is a building say 5 units tall having all but one of the base walls destroyed then during an attack a bunch of people can go into and up to the higher floors. One other can catapult the remaining wall so you have a free floating building which can no longer be climbed. Players in the floating tower are unreachable by the attackers. I think you can still fire from windows so potentially it makes for safe defence.

  5. Please? It would go a long way to bringing back PvP on Wild if it was JK vs BL again. Add this, add bashing of walls, we can even keep sailing to Freedom. Don't post here if you're not on Wild and have no intention of going there in the near future, we don't need people on other servers throwing in their worthless 2 pence.
  6. Been thinking about moving over to pvp servers but not interetsed in Epic yet. how does one get started on wild? is there a portal to take? what can you take with you? how do you get affiliated with a faction?
  7. Just a dumb idea from the head of a madman.... Introduction of a new server with pvp enabled which will be entirely natural as a giant hunting reserve.... Basically you can sail onto it and bring your gear with you and craft general basic survival items (make healing items from botanized items only, campfires for cooking etc...) You cannot build structures, place deeds or terraform... As per the PVP suggestions... PVP without kingdoms (basically everything is a giant free for all...) although allowing the teaming up of players (so they dont kille ach other in combat... good one for groups of lower skill players to gang together and have some fun hunting), No looting player corpses for personal gains.. It would be nice to have a server where newer players could experience the world of *PROPER* hunting i.e. knowing that your neighbour has not completely farmed out an area, and also allowing them to PVP without having to fear the trauma of losing equipment which enables them to be there.
  8. Black Lighter PMK Hello, people of Wurm. My community and I have played this game for about 2 weeks and ever since we have fell in love with everything we have come across. We like to address ourselves as a multi-purpose community, based off of PVP, PVE, Casual, and Hardcore players. We have played through a bit of the aspects of the game, but altogether have a lust for PVP. However, we wish to become our own Player-Made-Kingdom because we have a passionate desire to fight for ourselves and friends. We have made many friends throughout Wurm, people from all kingdoms. We have seen the good side, and the bad side of each kingdom. But due to recent events we are now known as Black-Lighters, which are people that everyone else exaggerates about. The Black-Lighters are actually a kind, welcoming, blood-thirsty community which suits our needs. We are in love with the Black Light, the constant PVP, the vast array of mobs that surround us, everything. That is why we would like to start this discussion on why the Black-Lighters should be able to make Player-Made-Kingdoms. My reasons are listed below: Horde of the Summoned is a heavy PVP kingdom that should be allowed to expand It would bring a lot of the exiled out of the darkness to rise up and join a community they are welcomed in It would attract more of the hardcore PVPers to the Black Light without restriction Popularize the game for people who are new to the Black-Lighters and accidentally turn Make PVP in the Epic servers more intense Give kingdoms a new awesome template to use while in creation These are some reasons why I believe we should be able to make a PMK through the Black Light. I will continue to play Wurm with my community for an extremely long time, we will make a PMK only when this becomes a possibility. In that time we ask that you all support our cause to ensure that we can make this happen when the time comes.   9. So I remember the feeling of getting raided much from Epic. First on Cauldron deed then on others. What do you think about having walls etc repop after a set amount of time, or having them be repairable with no enemies are around after a set amount of time. For example repairing a palisade gate that was bashed into an unfinished state by simply adding 1 or 2 logs to it, instead of the regular amount? /Zcul

Clearly there's a need to remove high-ranking but inactive players (let us not discuss active players losing rank here, please) from the rank list, in an attempt to encourage PvP and keep the list fresh and new. However, not only is it painful to see your rank go down, it also has a negative effect on the rank gain of other people (less rank to gain from low-ranking players). Removing "negative" rank or "ending up lower than you started" was a good step in the right direction for everyone, but the rank decay was unnecessary and created too many problems of its own. Therefore, remove rank decay, if someone hasn't logged in for two weeks (or hasn't made a kill in two weeks) their name doesn't show up on the rank list but their rank stays the same. After their rank gets updated again their name pops back on the list until they go inactive again. UPDATE: On top of that, rank gained from HotA and missions should be removed as they do not have anything to do with the "battle" part of battle rank.
