On my main, NintendoJoe, I was improving a chain jacket, when it became supreme, straight from non-rare status. I used a normal, unenchanted 60ql iron hammer. I had not used any rare materials or tools on the jacket. It was at 37ql when it changed to supreme. [22:24:20] A heavy jacket made from metal chain. This is a supreme example of the item, with fine details and slick design. It is glowing from the heat. It could be improved with a lump.
