Up for auction is my last deed on Independence. The deed is Bloodmoon Bay and is a working deed (not just a Trader deed) located at the north tip of the Kinoss Bay on southwest Indy (14x,47y on the player made map). Quite a bit of time went into creating the deed and there is a bit of sadness letting it go, but I simply do not have time for it. (Optional:I can provide a deed holder who is already onsite at the deed location, but does not currently hold the deed form. If the buyer so desires, I can make him premium for an additional 10s to save the buyer the trouble of moving a deed holder over there. This can be decided after auction ending). Located at Port Onody, Independence at 38x, 37y Bulk Coal - 4s per 1000, generally about 40 ql Special Order Coal is also available but may take a week or two to put together: 60 ql 5s per 1000 70 ql 6s per 1000 75 ql 8s per 1000 and will definately take up to a month to produce 80 ql, lets talk, but not going to be cheap Note that tar and ash are produced as a by product of the coal so contact me if you want some and we work out a deal. Tar is great to fuel forges and I have about 9000 ash available, but mostly lower ql. Works fine for concrete though. A while back I saw a post for Deliverance Stadium before construction began on the project. Recently I've decided I want to build my own sort of stadium on Independence, with the help of my villagers from Storm's End, of course. This Colosseum would be the grounds for spectated dueling and/or sparring. I'm not entirely certain if there is already a stadium for dueling on Independence, but either way the project will begin shortly. If you are interested in helping out with the resources needed to construct the Independence Colosseum (only the project name at the moment), please do let us know by replying to this thread. Before we begin building, however, we need to decide on a design. Currently we have three designs to choose from, and would appreciate your vote on the matter! UPDATE: We have decided to go ahead with the construction of the Colosseum using Design 3. We would greatly appreciate the help of the community for gathering the resources necessary. Stone Bricks: 8000 Mortar: 8040 Stone Slabs: 320 UPDATE: We have decided, along with the poll, to build this Colosseum on a player-made island. With that in mind if you'd like to donate dirt you are more than welcome! Just message me for the specifics. For those that don't know, cartography is the study and practice of making maps. If you have an area of land you want mapped out, I'm your man! With the upcoming changes to the enclosure rule, many people will be watching their undeeded sections of land quite closely. If you'd like a detailed map of this land, I can do just that for you! I can use a flat 2D program like Excel or a 3D program like the Deedplanner to map out anything you choose. Things I can map and detail for you: Deed and Perimeter Off-deed areas you use close to your village Lands that exist amongst your alliance Hunting grounds Mines you have access to Trade routes for easier travel to other villages So whether you're wanting to help out your new villagers or alliance members with a map of the local area, trying to keep an eye on the progress and changes to off-deed land you use, or would like a detailed layout of your cave systems or hunting grounds; I'm the man to hire! Since I have no precedent with this kind of hired work I wouldn't begin to know what to charge for the size and detail of a job. With that being said I have a special offer for the first 2 customers who want a map created for them (one map must be 2D and the other must be 3D). For the first 2 customers I'm willing to map an area at 1s each. After these experiences I'll have a better idea of what I'd like to charge for such a service. I'm located on Independence in the Freedom Cluster and I am willing to travel anywhere on Independence to map an area for you. I look forward to your responses and thank you in advance for any business you send my way! EDIT: A 3D map and a 2D map have both been ordered and completed, so now the price will rise based upon the project desired and can be negotiated.
