Just thought I'd repost this for the weary masses that are tired of having to deal with the balancing issues of Xanadu. Return to your home servers, there's no need reason to tolerate all of this with a released game you pay a premium for. Sold your deed on your home server and don't want to shell out more cash? Read the original post below. ------------------- I'm looking to recruit a player, or possibly multiple players for a large deed (55 x 77), located on the Deli steppe 36x 40y. My preference would be a returning player essentially wanting free land, and any contribution to upkeep would be appreciated. It's a secondary deed for me at the moment, so I won't be too picky about what you'd like to do with it. There's currently over 800 tiles of flat land that could be used for farming, tons of trees, as well as plenty of space for animals. Good hunting nearby, as it's on the steppe, marble, zinc, copper, iron in the mine. The deed's apart of a small alliance, and some help can be provided, but I'm not looking for anyone I'd have to walk through the fundamentals of the game with. Farmers, or someone who can use the land to help pay the upkeep are a bonus. Upkeep is 8.5s a month, but has a trader to help out, so contributions would be minimal. Hey all, I'm looking to sell my deed on deli. With my playtime severely decreased, it is now too large for me to manage. Id like to sell it off and start fresh somewhere new on Deli. The deed is 35x35 and has 8 large buildings already completed. It would be great for someone looking to move to a ready to use deed or serves as a fair size to start new. The deed comes with many tools and resources, as well as a 80ql gold alter of Fo and 80ql Gold alter of Vynora. There are also 4 ships that come with the deed, 2 Corbitas, 1 rare Sailboat and 1 Cog. I am looking to auction this wonderful trader deed on Deliverance. I have moved to Xanadu and would like to sell some of my property on deli. It is located in a very secluded spot against a mountain with iron and tons of Marble of varying quantities. Aside from the trader building, this deed is mostly natural land. It is located at 29x 35y. Either keep it as strictly a trader deed or move in and live as a hermit! You won't see anyone in local. This place was to be the Factional Fight deed before we moved to Autumn Twilight. You can see this place being built in this video that we recorded here. To get to the deed from the east side of the puzzle plaza tunnel, you can just follow the mountain side. Hello! As you can see in the title, I am selling my black drake set. The set currently has no enchantments, and was all made by Zalifear. The set is currently at least 55ql, with the exception of the cap at 70ql. As you can see the jacket is also rare, which will add to the price. A quick price check in global chat returned a value of around 1g as despite slumping drake prices, the rare jacket bumps the price back up. However only one person contributed to the price check, and while I am reasonably confident with this price I open to bartering. Short version: Looking for a single cheap horse. Possibly an old one that will die soon and with bad traits. If you just want to get rid of it, I'll happily take it for free. Otherwise, I don't mind paying a bit. Ideally near Green Dog, but I can meet up elsewhere. Longer version: That's a minimum, and just to start with. At this point, I just want a horse, any horse. Two would be better than one and, in the near future (but probably not quite yet), four would be better than two. At some point (in the near-medium future), I'd also like horses with good traits, but that's not necessary to start with. I have a small shack with a friend on the north shore of the lake just north of Green Dog (the one with the colossus), though we've recently started a settlement in the south-east, so transportation would be nice. We're not set up yet, which is why I'm not really looking for four proper horses at this time. I could be convinced otherwise, though, for the right deal. Basically, I'm looking from anything ranging from one crappy horse (minimum) to four really awesome horses (maximum). A happy middle-ground would be for two decent horses, I guess. Age would be a major deciding factor; the older the horse, the crappier/cheaper I'd want it to be. But if it's a really young horse (or horses), I might be tempted to invest more. If you're near GD, I'd be happy to come pick up the horse/horses myself. If you're not near, perhaps we could meet partway, or a delivery fee could be worked out. Then again, if I'm buying more than just a crappy horse, getting to see them and choosing them myself would be a plus (color, name).
