It is called "Skylit Shore", however on the community map it is still called "Deworio". The deed is 31 x 49 in size and has an upkeep of 3s 3c 80i per month, with over 8s in its coffers. (Enough for over 75 days). The deed is semi-terraformed however I have yet to build anything on it apart from a 2x2 pens for my horses. There are 6 Iron veins and a silver vein with the entrances on-deed. Also included is a sail boat. The deeds expands out into the water where the dock is. This can very quickly and easily be raised to create somewhere around 200-300 more tiles within the deed as the water is very shallow around the edge. We have decided to move on to Celebration and downsize to a smaller deed as we are not as active anymore. It truly is sad for us to let it go, but we have had plenty of fun on the server. A lot of care went into the construction and maintenance of the deed, as well as a lot of blood, sweat, and tears. Lakeside Retreat was founded to be a natural sanctuary, with plenty of land dedicated to the natural surroundings of the environment we originally settled in. We sped up this process by planting our own conglomerate of bushes and trees within the plains between the ocean and lake. As we move forward with progress, we founded a deed called Oceanside Haven to secure a spot along the ocean, as well as to create a secured and protected area between the two said deeds, allowing the wilderness to thrive with our continued and unconditional help. Most of this area has been untouched since we originally planted the now overaged trees, as the only thing that connects the two deeds is a small, simple, yet elegant gravel road paved through the tall trees of the thick forest. We recently inherited a deed from a friend, Brycarnia, called Paradise Plains. We connected this deed to Lakeside Retreat by making a small wall of dirt between the two deeds to further protect the environment behind and between the triangle of deeds. This deed is for the most part undeveloped housing wise, but does have a very solid work of terraforming that also takes into account the surrounding rolling hills. If you've survived the first paragraph of my explanation of the deed, we'll continue now to the finer details of each of the three deeds. Location is ( P-48 ), its called Luna Cove. 1 Guard and its a 21 X 21 with 5 perimeter. 3/4 of it is flat with cobblestone and less then half of it is protected by tall stone wall. The deed come with 1 small cart, 1 rowboat, a sailboat or a large cart with 2 white horse. Access to a an iron/stone mine. These days a few people on Celebration had an unpleasant surprise: they were dragging a large cart across a distance, passing through other deeds on their way. At some point, the player who was dragging the cart stopped dragging, on a deed. And he could not drag it anymore. Even though he had 'dropped' it there. They were not the owners of the cart, but had friend permissions, to drag it and use it, from the owner. This behavior is inconsistent: you can drag a small cart, on a deed, let it there, then drag it again, out from it. If you drop an item on a deed, you can take it back. You happened to be on a deed with the item, you can take your item back. But not for large carts owned by your friend, even though you have all permissions to use it, drag it, steer it, whichever.

Hello, Relatively new player here, but I really love Wurm so far. I went sailing around Exodus and Celebration for a bit yesterday and today, and really could not find a barren piece of land I could place a deed that I liked and gave me access to the water. Soooo, I'm looking to buy some instead. I'm talking $USD ka-ching ka-ching. (Or E for you brits and whatnot.) I've got a Paypal business verified account, and can send proof if you need it. What I'm looking for is a large plat of land, around 1 whole map grid in size. (800+ total tiles - Ideally as large as I can get). Relatively flat or hilly, easy enough to terraform. This can be a deed you currently hold, an old abandoned deed with rotting buildings that no one has taken yet, or a blank slate of land you've been holding on to. Alternatively, I will pay a finders fee to anyone who finds some nice land for me to settle on. What I'm looking for: - Very Large - Relatively flat or simple enough to teraform. Not looking to build on a cliff. - Coastal (needs access to the Ocean) - Access to resources within walking distance (at least for trees and iron ore, Clay and tar within a short distance) - Near nice hunting spots. - Ideally not an Island - No preference on server, but I'm quite fond of Exodus. Hi all, Searching through the forums and it has come up in various other threads, but nothing dedicated to it recently. Deed Token Moves. The ideas I've seen the most support for are (in no set order): One time move for free Cool down timer (free or paid move) Asymmetrical deed edges To be clear, I am not asking for rampant token moving and I do personally feel there should be a limit on repeatedly doing this, however having to re-deed to expand because someone drops a 1x1 building at the edge of your deed (or another deed is "ninja" planted), to move the deed over a couple of tiles is a bit much. Maybe a combination of the first and second points above? You get 1 free token relocation, as long as it is within the existing deed lines (not the perimeter), and additional moves for a fee with a cool down (24hours, 1 month, etc...) As part of the move, you are given a deed relocation form (either for free or 10s to replace purchasing the new settlement form as you need to now), and like the settle form, all of the same check operations are performed, with your current deed being ignored. Or just the third (not sure it this might raise issues if you use a Spirit Templar as their roam distance may be based on token location, like the guards and their tower). Other ideas?

I was looking to see if there was any interest in my private island deed "Snaggle Rock" on Exodus. It is 53x31 with 15 perimeter so it protects all of the island from people building there. It has a Trader, Mailbox(83), Clay and Gold Vein (9000+ ore left) like 6 Iron veins and a lot of unexplored mine space. It is all rock under the island so the mine can be about the same size as the island. It has a a few horses and even cattle on Island so there is plenty to keep you going. I am not sure if i am going to sell it and if i do i will not take any less then 1g for it. It is located at 39x 49y SE of Exodus

After making the move to Celebration I'm looking to sell my old deed on Indy. Union Valley Details: Located in the NE of the Indy Map (54x, 11y) Deed size is 47 x 29 Has 2 mines, one has Copper, Tin and lots of Iron, the other im not sure as I havent explored it yet but its large and seemly old (few collapsed tiles) Clay and Moss are within 2 mins walk away East side of the deed has its own Lake, only one other deed is located on the lake and its at the very far side of the lake. West side of the deed is along the sea with a small pier providing good access to Collosus Lake. The deed itself is within a valley, the middle already being flattened but the closest deeds not close leaving alot of room for expansion. This is a beautiful deed in a great location but I'll let the pics speak for themselves: I'm looking for around 30 silver for this, which is basically what I've paid for it. I'm looking to sell Shadow Hollows. It is located at 18x, 36y. The monthly cost is 3s65c, and there is 48 days worth of coin left in the coffers at the time of this posting. The deed is sized at 25x53. 25x31 of it is fenced in, and completely flat. The outside is somewhat normal landscape, with a ton of trees on each side. My plan was to flatten it, but due to lack of time on my end, I never got that finished. There is also a spirit guard, and I started a guard tower on the one corner. There is 3 pens inside, all decently sized. 2 of them are side by side with a gate in between, and are 5x4. There are horses that will go with the deed. Some of them are speed type of horses, but due to my low AH skill, I'm not sure of the exact traits. There is 3 buildings, 2 of them being 4x5's, and one a 3x8 warehouse. Writs will be given upon sale. The one building has 2 beds inside, and the other 10+. In the warehouse, there is about 500 or so corn, potatos, and pumpkins. There is also 700+ cotton and Wemp in another BSB over by the ql 80ish Loom. There is also a forge and stove inside the warehouse, both ql 50ish. There is a mine inside the fenced area as well, that has 4 silver veins, one of them being an Utmost vein. I'm not sure on the exact amount of ore left or anything, but it hasn't been touched since I found it. Asking price is 20s. Willing to talk pricing if 20s is a bit too high, but it was a lot of work to terraform what I did, and build all the fencing. The Loom plus the Utmost vein also have some value as well.
