Hey guys... i just wana tell everyone what happend to me few hours ago... one of my deed was attacked by 3 players witch join one of the pearl to live there... i dont know how is that posible but person get there and invite her alts to deed... they all vote for new mayor of pink pearl x20 y31 exodus ... they get 80% votes in 12h when i sleep... they get mayor and take over whole deed... kick other players also mayor and stole my deed.... witch have also trader there... i got kos by my own deed... till now no gm respond on my problem... also i try to speak with Angelica she offer me 10s to go away and left her alone there... becose she like area and she will not move away.... for players like them must be only BAN. What u guys think about that? wana see how they will fix that,,,, so now i give advice to players who take over my deed Trundle, Heidi, Cottoncandy and Angelica. Stay away from our deeds... buy yourself one it cost only 10s.   6. When attempting to resize the North South vertical the deed form complained that I cannot expand in that direction because it infringes on my West neighbor! For adjustment by one in NS dimension I have to adjust the EW dimension by one for survey to succeed. It seems both perimeter and deed size survey checks are using the longest deed dimension as if square rather than rectangular when it should use the narrower dimension of the rectangle since that is the bounding side. It may also be initial sizing that is bugged, but I started small so can only verify resizing. I live on a mountain and the 'infringement' is for a waterfront property whose perimeter line is at least 5-10 away from my perimeter, but I always fall down the cliff trying to verify the actual line. I am currently building off deed/perimeter structures above the cliff in the wild between us in hopes this gets fixed as this currently limits my NS length and my EW width despite a large gap between W perimeters. I am willing to attempt resize while a dev/GM watches online if needed for debugging, eastern US time zone 8pm-12am. If not fixed I guess I will have a priest alt deed a fitting southern square while my main deeds the remaining northern section where there is no western neighbor, but that is a poor workaround that leaves a 5+5 perimeter in the NS middle that I want to be a proper deed.
  7. Esterni is a small (11x11) deed with 5 perimeter for sale right next to the Tap Dance Market. There is room to expand the deed to cover most of the fenced in area. It is conveniently located in one of the major waterways and near the middle of the server.   11. Hello folks, im Selva, i'm 22, i started playing Wurm Online since the end of July. One week after i've started playing, i met some good guys who were recruiting ppl to their villages. However, all the 5 villagers, including the mayor and co-mayor, went away at the beginning of August, moren than 2 away months now. So , im alone, in a ghost deed, with lots of buildings locked and about to get off deed, since the upkeep money is almost gone. Why i dont put more money at the deed's bank?! Well, im almost sure they will not come back, unfortunelly, and i have no interest in feeding a ghost deed which i wouldn't have, at least, the minimum control of even my house. So, cut to the point, im looking for a new deed at Celebration, who has a nice place, decent people and recruit me as a free villager, not a slave or a second class citizen. -My location is near TapDance -Not premium at the moment, but, obviously i have plans to be -Have some stuff that might help the recruiter, if not a super advanced wealthy deed. - I'm a good villager, you can check about me with the players : Reyaa, Pepeford, Hooter, Harvest, Feasd pr Maiya.

Location: AX 21 Asking 25s for it PM me here or on deli if interested upkeep and size as of 3 mins ago: lots of open space and the storage building and well house: Storage building and main house, as well as a small pen with 2 horses i think theya re both male view of the open land flattened, there is more ready to be raised just over this hill and plenty of space to expand the insane view from the mtntop. its a bit of a slope to the grownd but climbable with a few rest spots. i had intended to put in a ramp or a tunnel but didnt get around to it, at the base is waterfront and has allot of clay.
  14. SELLING DEED "THE FLAME" >>>>>I'm selling the deed for 20 silvers, no more.<<<<< As you can read in the title, I'm selling deed "The Flame", which is in Deliverance. (Coordinates: 26X 45Y map: http://wurmmapsearch...et/DeliMap.html ) The deed is in south, very close to sea. (about minute with large carts) The whole deed is almost walled enclosure with palisade gates, big flat area at west, which has tons of dirt and they can be sold, used for something else or left there, and it has mine with iron and spawning cave bugs. (At northwest, there is area without walls due flattening and high slope.) There is rock area which is surface mined to it's current stage, and one house is in this area. (east of big flat area) Deed also has guard tower, few pens, tar spot, two houses and highway going trough the deed from north to south. There is great forest in north of the deed, and pretty much around it too. Many players have owned this deed before, and it has been terraformed and rebuilt many times. Overall, this deed is good for skilling or small village. The information of deed upkeep and area is here: Upkeep is only two silvers and seventy coppers and it has lots of free area. Images: The western big, flat area which can be used for farming, houses, terraforming, pens... ( You can see the area without walls here) Same area, from southern side. Here is the guard tower (40 QL), and north gate. The iron vein two tiles from forge, three tiles from mine entrance.

I got this idea while reading this thread: />http://forum.wurmonline.com/index.php?/topic/67257-some-things-on-freedom-that-must-change-imho-beginner-related/ The idea is basically that in addition to the structure itself a writ could control an attached yard as well. It's basically a mechanic similar to the enclosure rule, just that it is enforced automatically by the game. That would give free players, new players and other hermit types actual security instead of the fake security of the enclosure rule, without reducing the need for premium or deeds. It would work by having a "plan yard" option next to the "plan building" that gives sufficient room of freedom. It could be limited by saying the yard can't be larger then twice(?) the building, otherwise you can't finish the plan. It could also be extended for deed owners to be able to plan yards on their deeds without any buildings to give to a citizen. This would both improve the Mayor ability to restrict the citizen and give the citizen more freedom of action in their area. So what do you think?
  16. Hi Everyone, I am interested in selling my coastal deed on Deli "Megatown" 45x 29y. It is 23x47 with a little more than 7s in the coffers. 2s 18c upkeep without templar. Here are some highlights: 4 note worthy buildings on deed (Main house, guest house, double workshop, and beach house) Guard tower on deed (50ql) One alter for every god Extensive dock area Large mine with 4 Iron (poor, acceptable, good x2) and one Zinc vein. Two very good iron veins across the street. Several large flat areas (horse pen, cattle pen, 130ish tile farm area, farm area) A few additional unused flat areas on deed. I really enjoyed living here but I haven't found my true calling yet in Wurm so I want to sell this and lower my expenses for a while. You'll be getting pretty much everything on deed except for my tools and a horse to ride off on. I opened up the gates if anyone cares to come by and look around. Asking 20s Long wharf with shallow end for boat dragging. Beach on the left for hot chicas to sunbathe. (chicas not included)

I have two deeds in the same area and wanted to sell them both separately.(I just have to many deeds and need to downsize some) The one for sale here is called "Brookshire Harbor" it is a 21 x 31 tile deed with 5 extra perimeter tiles. This deed has one trader and silver on-deed. This deed was a harbor for a larger deed in the back and does have a trader and is mostly complete with iron fence and two dock areas. It has a mailbox with a 100 cast on it and has three pens 2x6, 3x3, 4x5 and another 4x5 area that could be made into a pen or breeding stalls. It has lots of stone buildings and it a very nice deed..IMO Note: I do have a second deed in the area called Brookshire Farm that i was going to use for the farming area that has another two traders of its own that is for sale also. This deed has two traders on it so you get double the income from it. The land itself is mostly untouched i did start a little mine but only mined enough to hit the first iron then stopped. There is however rock under the entire deed so no telling what you will find. (thousands of tiles still to be mined out for skill/ore) It is not a coastal deed but does have an access point to the water with a small dock and road giving easy access to water. There is clay in the area and it has a tar pit on-deed with great hunting in the area as well. (trolls, bears, spiders and hell hounds there was a crock lair too but i think it might be gone now) Note: I do have a second deed in the area called Brookshire Harbor that i was going to use for the dock area that has another trader of its own that is for sale also.   19. The name of the deed is "Les Reveurs" means "The Dreamers" in French (Google translate, lol) it is a 33x33 and is on top of the mountain by Greendog. It has a lot of silver under the deed so making stuff for the trader will be easy. The views from this place are unbelievable you really have to come see it. There is a mailbox with a 63 cast and will come with a few cattle and horses to get you started. Note: It has limited access to it right now but you can get a horse and cart up to it, I was going to make a tunnel to the bottom for easy access but never got around to it.
