I am looking to sell my first deed. It's a waterfront property on lake Wyvern. It is a stone's throw to the canal that leads out to the ocean. It is located at x14, y9. I resized it as small as possible to reduce upkeep, but it has unlimited east west expansion. The mine has 2 exposed iron ores. One is a normal iron that I have mined a few hundred from and the other is a Good iron that I just exposed and never mined. There are also many marbles. Two marbles exposed are very good. There are a good deal more behind section that collapsed recently. Inside the mine is a forge and a small cart. The house is a 2 x 2 by 2 story wooden building. Inside is a forge, an oven, three chests, and a BSB. Upstairs is a bed. There are two large farm fields in front of the house. Nearby resources - There is a clay peninsula a short boat ride away. There is also a source of zinc and copper just a few minute walk from the deed. I am looking to sell for 22s or best offer.

I am selling my deed Phar Lap located at 5x 13y, size is 27x21with a perimeter of 5. This is a nice starter deed, right on the water with pleanty of horses(5 speed) and cattle(some of each will go with me to start my new place). We also have 3 gold altars one for each god. In the horse pens we have some enchanted grass in each. Only one building on the property(a storage shead). With the started animals I will be taking starter seed ect. All else will be left to the new owner; even the 1k mortar just purchased to build a stone house(or have it built). At the moment I am working on building a guard tower and some more livestock pens. My deed on deliverance is for sale. I am selling because I am playing on Serenity now and don't have time to keep the deed up. Shadow Hollows is a flat, mostly fenced deed set up for winemaking, farming, Vynora priesting. Several silver ore on deed. Iron nearby. Centrally located and only 5 minutes by horse to Puzzle Plaza. Sits beside the major north-south route on the map. The size of Shadow Hollows is 25 by 53. The perimeter is 5 and it has 0 guards hired. The monthly cost is 2 silver and 65 copper. The Name Change is still available! Spirit Castle with Courier has been cast on it, so it seems to be possessed by something. [85] Comes with a small herd of 4 and 5 speed horses in an enclosed and fully enchanted pen (24 tiles). Comes with a large farming area of 140 tiles and 3 champion deer. Most of the deed is fenced with iron fencing. Six buildings including a well stocked kitchen with many thousands of 70-80q food stores. Workshop with many bins filled with items. I am ready for a change, and looking to sell Tabula Rasa. It is located on Deliverence at 20x 34y, less than 5 minutes from Green Dog by horse. The deed is 31x31, surrounded by a tall stone wall, and has a 20 tile perimeter. It has over 8s in coffers. Im thinking about selling my deed Ages li. Will only sell if i get a resonable offer otherwise i will keep it for a while longer. Been inactive for awhile so no animals and caved in mines. I made it a castle like deed, its fully enclosed with tall stone walls and the deed reaches out 1 tile past the walls creating a safe zone for players. 9 buildings, 6 stone, 3 wood. was planning on 7 more but never got around to it. most of the 10 perimeter is flat usable space. 2 mines. 1 on deed that has iron and tin. 1 off deed right off my perimeter has many things but its mostly caved in. its a large mine. its just west of Silent Hill on the NE part of the Independance server Thanks, Hope to hear from yall soon.

Hi all, Been thinking about this for awhile.. just thought I'd see if there was any interest in a medium to large deed on Inde. Not quitting the game, just been playing on other servers more since I've done most of what I wanted to with this deed, so any offers would be for in-game coin only. Stats (Taken from token): Size: 43x87 To place: 74s Upkeep: 7s 48c/mo without guards Enchanted Grass: Close to 30 tiles mostly in 2x1 pens across the deed, with a 7 slot "barn" with 2 tiles per "slot" (barn needs to be finished, but the tiles are in place) Coffers should have about 2 months of upkeep left in them (around 25-30s) and I'll verify if there is any interest. General Area: About 10-15 minutes by large cart North of FM and directly West of Rohan (perims are almost touching) West half of the deed is terraformed mostly flat (with specific deed features carved from the mountain side), with a 3 tile road travelling down to water on the north edge of the deed (travelling east-west). East half is mostly mountain but could be further terraformed by a dedicated person/team. Veins: Iron x 4 or 5 last time I looked Various QL Zinc x 2 exposed ql was between 35 - 80(ish) I think.. If there is any real interest in the deed let me know what pricing you would offer and I can provide additional links/images via PM or here if you like. It was fenced because there used to be multiple villagers and this was to keep people out who were not intended to mine. The entrance to the mine. Nicely done, not tacky at all. Coming into the house you see the altar and the door to the Guard Tower. Behind the door, inside the tower, is the deed token. To the immediate left is where the oven and FSB resides. Currently the rare cart is there also. If you make a right at the kitchen you will find the forges and one of the coffins, along with the rack. Here are a couple of other views to give you a complete look: To the right of the altar is the bedroom. Under two of the beds are small chests for your personal belongings. For those of you who are spoiled and need to be assured you have the best view in Wurm...you do. You have a splendid view from any window in the house. The gatehouses and main house are unlocked and you can go view the place at any time. Please make an offer, no serious offer will go unconsidered.
