I always thought it would be more fun if sotg offered no damage reduction until 2% or less health where it would give 99.9% damage reduction disoriented, likely dehorsed, almost blinded by red mist, crawling slowly but nearly unkillable fits more with insanity edit: maybe change that % (i think its 48/49 bit i am tired) so sotg still has effectively 2x health, but this way at least people can hurt you enough to take out of the fight for a bit. also one little change could make knowledge path an option for pvpers: make the level 9 skill protect fighting skill and affinities too

  5. I just got question 14 after 70 attempts. Interestingly i got it first attempt after i logged out (which reset the 10 tiles rule) maybe it helps to restart client after each attempt, or it might be coincidence.

  7. It seems this doesnt work even for mayors on their own deed. I get the same message: [18:46:17] The settlement has not been drained during the last two hours and the wall still stands this time. I can mine away reinforcements yes, but i was actually trying to disintegrate an ore vein and came across this for reinforced tiles too. I think they follow same rules as reinforcements, at least you can attempt to disintegrate them off deed. On deed though, it cant be done atm.

Mining with a pickaxe works as normal not so urgent i guess :>

At the very least you could get start deed to start deed portalsfor chaos :> Maybe the freedom to chaos one will send you back to where you left, while chaos to freedom you have list of servers to choose. I'm not so sure about : it kind of assumes the kingdom is entirely united behind the emperor, what about villages that arent on friendly terms with that village, are they just left without same convenience? otherwise +1 :>

Previous keyring topics have been about being able to unlock/open multiple locks with one item, since a recent patch this is no longer a problem :> options seem to appear if you just have right key on your person somewhere, you dont even need them activated. Soooo i am resuggesting keyrings :> No fancy keyring features I am thinking of, just a keyring as a normal "container" that can only accept keys and can be dropped on death etc etc. Not for a great need :> but i think they would be kinda nice as fluff and for extra inventory sorting . It feels odd to keep them loose in backpack or satchel I am thinking: Can be made of all metals :> just for stylish glimmersteel keyrings :> and can be improved with blacksmithing (already have tiny needles, wont ruin blacksmithing grind) Small keyring, like one you would keep rl housekeys on, maybe 0.15kg metal. Can hold 10 keys And a large keyring, like a jailor's or guard's keyring in films can hold 50 keys! and weighs um 0.45kg? XD also i would love it if these ones could be equipped on hip :3 any ideas? (also please no "magic keyrings" that keep keys after death, i think that might turn rolf off idea :>)
  11. I am not so sure of this anymore. It seems either i am _considerably_ more lucky than the other serious meditators in bl, or beautiful is alot better than an an exquisite rug (with a more powerful enchant) at 80+ skill. Its possible lesser types of rugs are even better at high meditating skills.

  17. Some are saying its because lib never had double favor item until now, i think its just Rolf doing what Rolf does best, implementing a good thing in a rushed way. It needs a small change to account for higher skill levels and to let wl priests sac alchemy too not an envy driven gigantic nerf that pushes libila priests back to half favor door locks.

And if my suggestion is followed? 15 favor for libila at 100 ql, and give wl priests ability to sacrifice alchemy for half that? it would probably be better for wl in the long run since everyone has 90 farming skill apparently edit looking like very strange onesided conversation if joemog posts keep being deleted. cm corruption! fight the power joemog!

Before you corner Rolf on irc and manipulate him into nerfing it to the point where we just use door locks again (it probably does need little tweak down), some things to consider: 1) 90 skill farmers are not lurking around every corner, i know of 2 in all of bl epic 2) while there is no randomness in ql of farming, it takes days to make... so it's swings and roundabouts . Theres also butchering, botanising but that has varying ql like other favor items and it not comparable to spamming door locks. We can sacrifice alchemy items much much much much faster than we can make/collect them. My suggestion: first change favor per alchemy item so that max ql gives 15 favour per item (86.6 ql double favor item gives other priests 15 favor to compare). second make it an actual double favor item, atm it something like x2000 favour item, wl priests get next to nothing for sacrificing alchemy things. If wl could sacrifice their spare alchemy items alongside normal double favor items (capped at 7.5 favor per item for them) that would be more fair.
  20. If it's ok for some but not others, it's usually a problem somewhere in between you and wurm servers. Probably not much they can do about it but wait and see
  21. I can't speak for rolf, but i think he would have chosen longer cooldown and made it usable in pvp if it was an emergency spell, it seems more like a get home quickly at end of the day spell. I can think of few emergencies that dont involve pvp. Mountain climbing miscalculation maybe or deed on fire then ok other emergencies are caused by game bugs or leaving deed on foot/with bad horse to begin with
  22. Rolfykins thought ahead for that, all the teleport methods i know about don't work with enemies in local, horse or not. which is right of course. Atm i use mine to save 5 min journey from docks to deed. If i want to travel further and teleport back my choices are walk, or take disposable horse i can run faster than or do what everyone else does and take good horse there and back which is usually my choice it takes a bit of fun out of the spell i meditated so long for though
