Wild sounds awesome but Chaos more so IMO, it's more fitting.
Wild sounds like the name of a hunting server (as is a well-known suggestion) that has little (if any) civilization, one that's been overtaken by nature.

Yes, a winter wonderland server that lasts only until the end of December, we can build but not make deeds, ride reindeer, hunt for special presents and sleigh down snowy mountains and enjoy special Christmas lights and decorations, and break christmas crackers with each other, and have Christmas events on the server.

I dont see why it should be changed so everything that is touched by terraforming should be destroyed since it seems to only keep structures/walls that are not that streched.
Stuff thats on a 5k slope would get destroyed, stuff thats on a 20 slope isnt. The only thing I really see it keep that it shouldn't is multistories, and that is because it destroys all the walls, but not the floors.
True that, especially about the slopes - still, I'm sure they could make it so that over X slope makes it get destroyed. But I'm guessing now that would be a lot of coding.

Why do they "need" to be destroyed? because it makes sense ? because some game mechanic doesnt allow you to manually destroy the remnants? or just because you think it would look better?
please elaborate.

Zapacila is Romanian, where the minimum wage is under £1/h (under $1.60/h) - taking that into consideration she could actually earn more in Wurm than she does IRL (with more hours).
After building her skills and working out a good income stream, she could (with enough effort) make an actual living in Wurm.

P.S. (and sorry I know this may not be the most appropriate place for this, but the pics are here, and people are looking at them) I have 70 natural substances skill and can make any dye that you are interested in. If you want small amounts and provide the resources that I can't gather myself (high ql zinc, copper, and cochineals) then I will make you dye for free. If you want large amounts of dye, or cannot provide the resources, then I will accept a small charge for dyes!

I know the scenario events have been talked about a lot recently in one or more topics. (Personally I don't believe the scenario events should change, or if they do, they should only be scaled down somewhat.)
Either way, the biggest and most annoying issue about the scenario events is the fact that they leave frustrating and crappy stretched structures all over the place. Regardless of the action (or inaction) on the main scenario conversation that's been going on, the structures need to be destroyed by these events. They need to! I see no other suggestion about this particular glaring issue, and it needs to change, either at the same time the scenario events are changed, or well before this, even.
They need to be destroyed because the force of the events (which deeply penetrates rock with incredible force) should also destroy the structures atop them. This would make make more sense, make the place look nicer (and as it should), and prevent people possibly having to destroy structures that should already have been destroyed.

There is very limited information - this could perhaps benefit from it's own page. As well as providing more information, this would be very beneficial to making Wurm more appealing overall as many players know little or nothing about Demigods and the like.
I don't know much about Demigods / Full player gods myself, would anybody with more knowledge please kindly take the time to update this information?

I hesitated a bit if posting this here or under Wood Scraps forum, so if I posted in the wrong section... I apologize.
If I am offtopic and you're not interested about my little story... I apologize again.
Yet, since WURM actually really helped me get in better shape in real life, I felt like sharing my little stories, hoping that maybe other people will duplicate it and benefit from it.
It all started a few months ago, on one of my previous reincarnations (AryaStark), when I was playing on the Celebration server. I think it was Nectarine who casually mentioned on the global channel the Fitocracy site - a site where fitness and gaming met and where "you can level up in real life".
I made myself an account there and start tracking all exercises I was doing, and since, like any gamer wanna-be, I am quite competitive, I soon found myself in the situation where I wanted to do more exercises to get more points, to level up faster, etc.
The only problem was the lack of time.And then, during a surface mining project, another idea struck through my head - I queued my three mining actions, stand up and start doing squats, when the timer on my third action was almost on end, I returned to computer, hit the key bind for mine three more times and continued my exercises. And again, and again, and again...
And since then, every time when I'm playing from home (because I can't do exercises while at work
), I also exercise while playing WURM. And, to be honest, that no longer makes me feel guilty for wasting my time with computer games; I consider it an investment in my health and my body. Now, like four months later, I can say that I managed to get to the point where in a full weekend gaming day I easily manage to do like 1,500 squats, 1,500 standing calf rises, 1,500 abs and 1,500 jumping jacks (of course, spread over the day, not all at the same time - lol). Not bad for a gaming girl, isn't it?
So, what do you say? Will you join me in a common quest of getting in better shape while playing the game we love?

I didn't read the whole thread but I get the gist of it and I'd like to respond to this quote to answer everyone who's upset about this stuff happening.
Epic was NEVER meant to be the sort of place where you can find a corner on one of the homeservers and build yourself a sanctuary and just live peacefully. Anyone who started out on Epic knew this. They knew and were prepared that at any given moment all of their work could be turned upside down, inside out and ransacked for no reason whatsoever. It's the 'hard mode' of Wurm.
It seems however that many people have either forgotten or completely ignored this fact and thought that Epic would be a nice place to make their home and live peacefully and normally. Sadly they were very wrong. I do feel bad for the people who spent hours and hours of their time on their deeds to then have them destroyed like this but it is entirely their own fault. If they wanted to live peacefully and not have their work ever tampered with I simply can't understand why they didn't choose to live on one of the freedom cluster servers. There they could rest assured that their work would be safe for aslong as it's deeded and nothing can or ever will happen to it.
The long and short of it is you basically walked into a boxing ring expecting to do yoga in the middle and got knocked the F out and are upset and confused as to why you're getting knocked out in a boxing ring. The answer is it's a boxing ring, not a yoga mat. If you want to sit and do yoga you have to go to one of the Freedom non pvp servers. Sorry that you had this happen to you unexpectedly but that is what Epic is all about.

Whilst I've never played on Chaos, I had always imagined it was called Wild because of the wild goings-on, as opposed to the wild nature. But wow - if this is so then this is awesome!
