I'm usually good at reading java error messages but in this case I don't know what could go wrong with: wurmonline.mesh.GrassData.encodeGrassTileData unless I don't know its trying to grow grass somewhere it shouldn't?
  5. To assist our new players, a public mine at spawn has been opened for some starting resources.
  6. Mob counts have been doubled for both servers.
  7. Op has been updated with map images and additional info about pvp servers.
  8. Our PvP map is now open! Updates to the main post to follow once all of the starter deeds are created etc. first 6 volunteers to seed the kingdoms get 1g each for helping out, server has 5x skillgain and 10x action timers for a faster paced server system
  9. I'm also getting the lockup bug on loading (actually the first time I tried the map was completely flat and just a bit odd) anyone have a fixed version to upload that is working? When I put it in the 2.0 generator it gives errors for not enough options for various parts of the steps file. Uploading the latest steps file that will work with the latest version would be cool too.
  10. Wurm Unlimited needs some front page coverage to really pick up some players, do a weekend special or main page splash like they do for AAA game releases to draw in a crowd, or do a free weekend event.
  11. Can we get a Dev to update this? How do we spawn lairs ingame, or is there a sql script we can add to make them spawn automatically? I have yet to see one spawn on its own in the custom map we have, are we missing something?

  14. PvP map chosen! Opening Friday the 6th as soon as we do some extensive testing on server transports between servers. Now's the time to hop in and grab your slice of land to build up on.
  15. You can have the same external ip but each server needs its own internal ip and different ports
  16. I have a server in a datacenter, there is no port forwarding involved here, though I suppose I could change the port and then block that port that feels unnecessary surely there's an option we can check or change something in the db?
  17. What is the appid for this for those of us updating with steamcmd? nevermind I can't read
  18. I currently have 2 servers and plan to add more, 1 is my login server and the other is my server neighbor which is attached to the login server but is not listed as a login server. Both are showing in steam. Is there some option I can check to not publish to steam? I should not have to block steam ports for a specific application to get this to not happen. I propose that if the server is not a login server it should not list itself in steam.

  20. Good news everyone, server clustering is online (although a bit strange, you'll have to relog on crossover for your inventory to pull), PvP server opens as soon as I find a map I like and can set up some starter towns for the 3 template kingdoms!
  21. Server has been updated to the latest version of the dark island map, no more wierd cave bugs! Thanks to everyone who helped me test and bared with me getting this fixed the server is open again.
