I closed this teleport window by mistake. Is there a way to re open it?

Greetings. I am attempting to try this game because it sounds very interesting. However I cannot yet get the game to launch properly. It gets as far as seeing a wooded scene and a laoding bar that fills up purple. once the bar is full it goes emtpy and reads "Starting" or something to that effect, but only for a second and then the window closes and that it. Any suggestions on what could be the cause of this issue?
