Tor is just being sarcastic. But if u look it as a non-sarcastic way. Working on goals does not always make people feel so rewarded. But wasting time running around and forage carrots and corn can make Tor feel so rewarded. So Tor should keep foraging instead of do something else. its all about feeling.

Once step at a time, the stability of code should be done first since they are changing the mechanism of foraging and botanizing. New model and new decoration items from resource gathering should be done later. Maybe they can create and sell all type of cactus as a skin since "cactus" is very broad according to TheTrickster, to increase the immersion together with the default cactus. These would create more immersion. No more sand only on the desert.

For me, the resource nodes update is more about the looks of wurm. A graphical update. Its only a small change on the amount of resources people can get from the new foraging, botanizing and snow collection. I mean farming and gardening are still the best way to maximize the resources for most items. The value of items from foraging and botanizing are still low for me. Well, its still high if u are a rare coins collector. So, my focus will be on the how immersive the graphic is, sniff the medieval vibe, feel the change of environment of wurm, taking pictures, etc. It would be more immersive if the cactus have collision mechanic system and poke the creatures whenever they come close to it.

I am the 9th person who comment on this thread. And my intention is not to brag no matter what u think. I just want to think u think i am bragging with my ninth even if u are not thinking what i am thinking.

It's not the (devs's/team's) intention but i think most people would agree that the new wagon skin give a gameplay advantage now. I don't understand why people wouldn't buy a skin to have the advantages like easier to spot uniques like dragons while transporting goods, spot guard towers on treasure hunting, better view, etc. The new wagon skin is a very useful skin which give advantages, unlike the other previous skins most of them are only for decoration or look. Isn't it a skin that increase the willingness to buy a skin? Would u buy this wagon skin if the price lower to the same as other decoration skins like 5s or 10s?
