I just don't understand why the AI-generated images are still on the website, 9 days later. I second the people saying Wurm itself needs changed to support new players & be more accessible, not just rebranding the same content.

Just encountered this tonight, myself. It was my first time butchering on this character, I had premium but that probably doesn't matter. I gained 0.0381 and lost it, 5 times. Then it started working correctly. I have screenshots, but probably that's also not important, after this many years? It also happened to me exactly 5 times, if that matters. Like others said, I also got some cooking skill, but I imagine that's intentional with butchering things & filleting. My butchering knife was around 35 ql. Trying to think of any other potentially important information, but can't think of anything.

Earlier in the thread, a dev said it might be possible to toggle off holiday skins but leave the rest of the skins visible. That seems like a good compromise.

I disagree-- it would put players like me off. I *like* those kinds of aesthetics. I like bunny ears. I was really excited when I saw them. I enjoy the juxtaposition, and I enjoy fun cosmetics.

I got really excited when I saw the bunny ears. I like fun cosmetics. I enjoy them in most games, and will definitely be wearing them when I can. That said, I have no problem with people being able to change it in settings to not view them-- the idea that "I paid for this skin, so nobody should be allowed to NOT see it" is pretty selfish. Why would you want people who DON'T like those skins to be able to see your skin, unless you're wanting to purposefully annoy people?

That's awesome, thank you! I think I'll skip the village chat bot, then, but it's good to know it could work with just a character! I definitely have interest in the WurmNode bot. For anyone having the same trouble I was... I misread things a bit. It said to make the shortcut on the desktop, and then to make the .txt file-- but the .txt file doesn't go on the desktop. It goes in the same folder as the original .exe in Steam. Works great, thank you!
