  1. lose karma for crimes. temporary karma gain boost in 5 stages of 20% for each consecutive day in which you've meditated up to 100% lasting for a day at each stage and resetting if you miss it. karma gain, and reduction of injury severity for time spent meditating. gain karma for acts of creation from natural materials. meditation needs some play. =D
