  1. Hello, the =167= clan is recruiting for our deed, New Fairwood. We have an inn available for anyone who wishes to be on the deed but have not decided to make a home yet. If one does wish to stay on the deed and wish to have their own home, We do offer a plot of land on our deed located on an island for people who are just starting out. We also have: • Kitchen for making food. • Mine to gather mats. • Fenced in area for horses. • Plots for planting and harvesting vegetables. • Docking area for ships.   4. I am interested to buy Horde of the Summoned wagon. If you have one you are willing to sell, you can let me know though posting here, DM'ing here, or in game TheUrbanFox. I am on Deliverance server but am able to travel to the location. however I can not load and unload yet but am currently grinding to be able to so I may need some help loading. I usually will play in the afternoon EST time.
