Hello, just wanted to remind the dev team of 2 issues I've always had with the wooden staircases. I believe 1 is definitely a bug, and the 2nd may be intentional, I'm not sure. (1) Cannot place objects on the floor section beside the top of a staircase You are able to walk on this part, but attempting to place any items in this section immediately drops them to the floor below. The ladder/opening does not have this issue and items can be placed around the opening. See screenshot. This particular item is a wooden plank staircase, left. (2) No way to haul/bring items up the staircase unless they can be picked up in player inventory It kind of makes staircases useless and results in people just using the ladder/opening type of floor, but they really don't look as nice as the staircases do. If we can haul an entire wagon up through a tiny square hole in the floor using a rope, we should be able to haul things up the staircase as well. Thanks!! Pomeray

I'm still a little upset about being locked out those 4 days (on all clients/servers - there was no fix) Totally know how you feel Gumbo. Error 35 was swept under the rug and unaddressed and I was willing to live with that, but what does everyone who enjoyed a fantastic launch from day 1 need all this compensation for?

To be honest I was really more upset about this than I care to admit xD After seeing the 30% skill bonus extended to compensate for the lag I really was hoping to see something done for the error 35 people who were royally screwed out of both clients for the weekend 😍

Who was unable to launch client (Error Code 35 and silent crashes) and what's your status now? Unable to launch from Friday 24 JUL up until about ~9:00PM UTC Sunday 26JUL. Works now. Win 7 64bit

Things appear to be working once again with Win 7!!! Make sure you download a fresh copy and re-install - don't just launch the old installation hoping for it to connect P.S. WURM TEAM Whatever happened to break Windows 7 functionality has isolated a portion of your customers for 3 days from ANY gameplay and completely ruined for them an exciting and rare event that many have been looking forward to and planning for weeks.

still unable to connect on windows 7

Hi all, Just curious: who can currently connect & play with windows 7? Trying to figure out how many of us are still locked out by error code 35. Is it all windows 7 users? edit: Downloaded a fresh copy of the client a few minutes ago and game is now crashing immediately after splash screen but no error code is showing

Still unable to log in here like ~36 hours so far 😠 win7 error code 35 edit: Fresh download of client and it is now crashing on launch with no error or message

Okay, I think this makes sense to me now So I can avoid the 1.5gb download but need to somehow register a character for steam?
