It'd be great to have an option to receive warnings via forum/email when deed where your character is a mayor has low upkeep. It's kinda frustrating to find out while watching through server twitter that your deed has disbanded. Many can say that there is a ingame warning about low upkeep. Well the problem for me with ingame warnings consist of two parts - I have about 7 deeds on old Freedom and about 5 on New Freedom. So, for example, I play mostly on New Freedom and rarely log on to Old Freedom non-prem deed holders... Second part is - you go on vacation or work trip where you don't have a computer to log on to check( or don't have time for this) So it'd be great to have an option to pay upkeep without logging on.

I saw that new forum(Freedom Isles Market Pristine and Release) earlier in the morning and few things came to my mind. Is this new forum a sign of New Freedom to stay unconnected with Old Freedom or it's just a temporary forum made for convenience? One small thing I noticed - there is no "temporary" word in new forum description. While I like both paths(merged or divided Old and New Freedom), it's interesting to know if Rolf's position on this has changed. I thought that they would be connected after year or so, and it's already clear that that's not true as it would be a bit..., ehm... illogical(tried hard to find right word) to make such changes just before the year ann of New Freedom.

would help if you'll list all that in your opinion worth 50s. For ex. ships ~12s A 3 story house Doesn't worth a penny tbh. ~4s in coffers. So it's 34s for deed and... A lot of bsbs full of dirt Lots of other stuff too much to list ? Or there is nothing valuable in that "other stuff" and it comes as a bonus to deed? Clear description helps the sale.
