  1. Aha! Yes you are right. This concept will last a couple of weeks, and by that point you will be almost back to the state of a noob, if you don't die too much. Are you planning to deed too? If not then you will have to know your area well so you have the route back from the nearest starter town (since you will not use your tent)
  2. Yes, that is true. The point here is that although there is no claim to that land, its likely that building against someone's perimeter would make them uncomfortable. If you don't have a problem with making your new neighbour uncomfortable then go ahead but deliberately doing that will make them dislike you.
  3. I reckon 20-30 for priest, 40-50 for blacksmith
  4. It may sound excessive but a wiki guide has to draw a line somewhere, and those guidelines should prevent any issues. As you say, it should be more than enough distance away not to cause any discontent. If you want to build closer, it would be wise to ask permission, and if you do not then don't be surprised if you have some very angry neighbours. It might be unreasonable but I suspect it wouldn't be uncommon. Hope that helps.
  5. Recommended seller!
  6. I think I've seen before 90ql lumps for 1s per 100. Steel as you suspect will be more expensive due to the skills needed to make it. Tin at 20ql, if you find the vein you can mine that yourself! It should be 10i per action as previously mentioned.
  7. One lump? That quality would be medium, not high. It could even be considered bulk, which usually goes for 10 iron per action, or 1s per 1k. For lumps, it needs to be smelted too so you could call that 1 action but it isn't really. So somewhere between 1-2s per 1k. For 1 silver you should be able to get 500 lumps at that quality. Minimum 200 I'd say. Anyone else want to price check this?
  8. Lol, yes I had positioned it so well previously that I thought it was on the tile next to the paved path rather than on the path tile itself. Now I have water again, thanks all. At least I know that water tiles should not poof!
  9. I may have remembered it wrong, I'll check again!
  10. I had a well on a water source tile that was full of water. One day when I logged in the well was gone. I thought maybe it had just taken some fluke damage for some reason and disappeared like that. It was a while before I rebuilt the well on the same tile, but now apparently there is no water there. Is it possible for a water source to dry up?
  11. Lol I didn't even read that, but yeah that's great thanks, received!
  12. I'll take a rake and a spatula please, higher quality to save imping
  13. Traveling Time

Having lived on xanadu for some time now, I am very aware of how small the other servers are. I think that one of the reasons xanadu is so big is to make it very time consuming to travel between the old and new clusters. That way the integration of those populations is slow. The other reason is that if in the future xanadu should support all of freedom's population, it needs enough land mass which it probably just about manages. Not all coastline of course.
  14. It lacks channeling but has done quite a bit on nature skills, the soul depth is not bad at all. Should be more than 75s. Even the farming is probably worth that. I'd say at least 100e personally. Just need to spend some time on channeling which can be fuelled by the reasonable cloth tailoring and superb farming.

  16. If you are going to link to previous successful transactions, you should make sure that the buyer actually posts to say it was successful. Only one of your previous trades has this confirmation, from what I can see.
