  1. "Dump" works like dropping does now - raises the corner. "Drop" makes a pile, same as any other item. Removes the hassle of making piles of other items first. Not massively game changing or desperately needed, just makes it slightly easier.
  2. These are great. I understand they're in progress, but I hope there's an option to show all columns in the inventory so a quick glance over is possible. Seems like wurm is moving in a more "mainstream" direction, what with the xp bars and such, which I guess will meet some opposition. I think it is the way the game needs to move if we're to get a high playercount, though. Nice work.
  3. Make that cap high enough so that it is never reached except in extreme circumstances. There is a cap for them now, it just so happens to coincide with aggro spawn count. If the cap is reached, no aggros can spawn. It's the same either way, only one hurts the aggro count. Ideally, the new servers can handle more animals, and so there is no need for any change, the cap is just upped significantly.
  4. Hopefully war bonuses count for pve as well as pvp.
  5. How about aggros' lifespan halved, domestics kept the same? This way, horses keep their value, aggros' rotate positions more, and get stuck for less time. The only problem I can see is that domestics will steadily push out aggros, but this could be solved by removing cows, horses, etc from the spawn cap.

  7. You make some good points about the animal spawns. I'd never really though of them as a reason for a map reset, but it does make sense. And if skills are maintained then it shouldn't be too hard for settlements to spring up again.
  8. Good points. The time constraint is probably the best suggestion so far then. 24h ingame time could match the time limit for the bartender, and weed out those who decide wurm isn't the game for them.
  9. You made it fo? Besides, it'd take ages to get an alt up that high. That said, we do have ages.
  10. I think it might be best to get the path over the exit tile done first. Terraforming a ramp over it could be extremely difficult afterwards due to "the dirt disappears into the crack of the cave" problem, and noone likes a permanent landbridge when there are more efficient alternatives.

I quite like the idea of having a general Kchat (F2P and Prem) and a premium Kchat (prem only) Whilst the situation at the moment isn't really a problem, if wurm continues growing, then there will be way too many people to use only one chat channel. 2 kchats could be the way to split the population. Or there could be a kingdom chat as well as chats for north and south, but this could lead to issues with playes living on these boundaries.
  12. I quite like the idea of this. The periodic watering aspect could be replaced by some sort of hybrid between fires cooling down and thing needing improved, so once a day the greenhouse would need tending, so once a day, a "problem" occurs with the greenhouse that needs attending to. If ignored, the QL gain slows down, stops, then starts reducing the QL of the things inside it (similar to a fire dying, but ofcourse with a much longer time frame) "The soil appears very dry" - needs watering "Weeds have begun sprouting" - needs raking (or use of a new tool) "There is very little soil left" - Needs more dirt added (1kg?) "The plants have been growing slowly lately" - needs some fertiliser, created by trash heaps

  15. The only person being trolled is you, and I really don't see why. No-one else got emotional in the slightest about this thread before you rolled up. The purpose of the thread was not to ask for a reset, just a light hearted hope for an accident to occur resulting in the wipe, at least, that is how I read it. No demands, no rage. Stop being so angry, stop repeating the same word over and over.

  18. Hell yes. I'd be upset about losing stuff, but a wipe would be nice, assuming no epic for a while.

  21. Donating to the kingdom is a brilliant idea. On a smaller scale (also for freedom), they could be donated to your village. Spirit guards are reworked to use weapons and armour that they take from a donated pool of items. These guards must gain skill in these weapons to be effective with them though (all guards start with 10(?) in each skill). When a guard dies, a newbie guard spawns in it's place. Although that is something for another suggestion.

  23. This could be used quite well on epic, especially if PMKs/villages are monotheistic. Bonuses for magranon followers could include mining bonuses. Fo could generate increased crop growth/pregnancy rates. Vynora has an increase in skillgain, similar to CoC. Libila... not sure.
