From my perspective, while also listening to others using caffeine, there are two big issues with caffeine as it is now. Using caffeine (at 100%) require either water intake management or a beating from another character (which is not an option for weak alts for example). Also, missing a timer ruins the grinding session. Overusing caffeine makes the character useless for most purposes, not only grinding and skill gain. These changes takes care of that so cheers!

No fatigue is a lot more detrimental as it restricts you from doing actions. Restlessness only prevents you from grinding with caffeine bonus. I hear a lot of people do other stuff than grinding! Perhaps it's hearsay 🤷‍♂️ Since caffeine has been expressed to particulary more casual players (that I assume means might only play an hour or two a day on average), this make a lot more sense. It seems quite obvious the target is to allow 1H of caff grinding on average. When exceeding that, Id much rather be able to work on other stuff if I wanted.

Nice to hear it's in progress! Much anticipated change. My wurm life revolves too much around that ##%&(# water meter now. Just to weigh in a bit in the discussion here - not even the timer would be as much of an issue with caffein abuse allowed by a full water meter, if the consequence of missing to reset it is you'll only have to drink another jar of kahv.

No mention about it in the patch notes! 😕

I agree with both of you and consider the rules not so clear-cut on this topic. Perhaps CA is not the right section for this kind of question, as it would be nice if the GMs could weigh in, but I did not know what section to post this question in. Thanks for your thoughts on the matter so far! : )

I'm surprised I did not find any info or any discussion about this, and no mention in the rules. What is the GMs stance on chatbots? Operating in local, for instance. Obviously being obvious about it being a bot and for the purpose of assistance. The most obvious case being sermons. (Yes, I am aware of discord chatbots. But having one interface doesn't rule out another.)

Yes, I've seen this aswell several times when pregnant unis have been offline for a longer period, they lose their pregnancy. Also tried to recreate it but Im pretty sure it doesn't happen on shorter logoffs of 5-10 minutes atleast.

Count me in. High blacksmithing. Other than that, can do carp, LW, mas and likely some other stuff by then. My priest should also have high enough chan by then. A reserved room/bed would be appreciated if still available.
