Not sure if this is a discovered issue, but i've encountered an issue with putting the random colour runes on buoy's. The runes colour the buoy no problem, you plant it, light it, no problem. If you walk out of range from the buoy it reverts back to the default light colour. you can go back to it, snuff it, relight it to the runed colour, and it will keep happening. Also this happens when you move the planted buoy.
