  1. Exactly rixk. But I'm sure they know this as well. An online public forum isn't a good way of handling such an issue either, I do not know who is speaking on behalf of the vendor and who is a member of the public with no right to speak on behalf of the vendor. Going forward the questions I made in this thread are unanswered, and I request that someone from wurm to contact me privately about this.
  2. I cannot login so that's not a good method of support in this case. I spoke to Enki who said nothing can be done. My stance is still the same as my last post, I'm requesting a refund process. I have noted what is written regarding refunds in the terms and conditions and disagree with it. Sorry I'm not trying to be confrontational, it's just I can't use the product and the vendor has my pre-paid money.
  3. Thanks for the reply. I don't know if you are officially responding on behalf of the vendors or not but I disagree with that stance and once again request refund procedure. A vendor grievance with my credit card company will be raised if I don't get a satisfiable answer within 24 hours. On top of this. I cannot find any official support channel so please advise it.
