  1. HMB 2015

Looks like massive fun assuming copious libations.
  2. Nothing should change ever and new things should always be ignored forever. Don't acknowledge known issues affecting your country and NEVER attempt to make progress.
  3. There is also a decent book called Wurm .... about a computer game ...
  4. Whips

Also for killing large game animals IRL.
  5. Boring: Needing to queue the exact same action multiple times to actually complete the action. Cutting down a tree, digging dirt, etc. Just let me hit dig once and I keep digging until i want to stop ! Priests. Frusterating: Having a seemingly random selection of keybinds available. Push/pull functionality. When my hands hurt cuz I ain't as young as I used to be and seeing people agruing against click-reduction Not having priests be playable as a main for solo play. Animal and plant yields. THINGS THAT HAVE A MODEL THAT DOESNT FIT ITS RECIPE ! (my pet peev, and yes I know its nitpicking) - why does the anvil have a log on it ? Why are there 3 gems and a dagger on this altar ? Needing to expose all the rock tiles to lower the rock.
  6. Immersion

That is a long plank timer. Must be ftp accounts.
  7. Dont we already get body strength gains from bashing ? I'm pretty sure I'm gaining something from it.
  8. Immersion

Wurm is gonna look nifty on the htc vive.
  9. I arrived after taking a long break and finding out some former christmas gifts made me a fortune in game. Been riding that ever since. Also, when I bothered raising FS. Suddenly the whole world was safe to walk around.
  10. Its amazing you sound actually angry about it, rock on basement bro.
  11. Actually in addtion to my previous +1 lets also remove the 'pick seeds' option. Just give a 'replant' option on the wemp and the event description can be "You pick seeds from the wemp and sow them." Even less clicks.
  12. Ok click/button reduction, Cutting a tree -- lot of clicks and/or bind hits --- why not let me select 'Cut down tree' and then my character keeps chopping until the tree is actually cut down ? Logging -- How about a 'Process tree' option that starts but cutting the tree down then turning it into logs ? Making planks -- give me one click on a pile of logs to keep cutting them into planks, one menu selection good until i run out of stamina. Making a fire -- why not use the fishing action model, keep trying until success, no additional clicks needed. Apparently can be done already via crafting menu. Forging a breastplate -- assuming my lump is big enough, just keep trying without needing to reselect through the menus. Any failable action -- eventual success or out of stamina on one click Of course you can always cancel any of these actions midway like if you wanted to to hit the tree once for whatever reason and I'm not suggesting any speed difference, just making things a bit more convenient via less clicking and buttons.
  13. Animals and plants should give more (larger) realistic amounts of their respective products when harvested/butchered. A deer has more than 15kg of meat. At first I assumed wurm had something similar to roe deer but these look larger, like red deer size, suggesting 70+ kg of meat possible. A brown bear can have upwards of 140kg of fat alone ! 200+kg of meat ! Grape vines produce FAR more than 0.10 kg of grapes per season (the one in my yard produces about 1.8-2.7 kg per season and is about the size of a wurm tile). Dozen or so other examples come to mind but the first line is the main point, it needs an overhaul cuz 'muh immersion'.
  14. Whips

Reality is what it is. You don't get the pissy bull back in its pen with a hug. You use a bullwhip. +1 for this and riding crops to make the horse proc its traits. Unrelated but interesting (from wikipedia) Simon Tookoome, a Canadian Inuit and expert bullwhip handler Tookoome ... began hunting bigger animals [than ptarmigans] with the whip, even after his family acquired a rifle and a snowmobile. He took down several caribou, and once even used it to kill a wolf that he had shot and injured. He kept the whip with him because operating a rifle was too expensive. Man needs a folk song.
