  1. Use loot tables mod by Friya and add treasure chest to have a small drop rate on any mob type you desire them to drop from. Or use treasure map mod to drop maps to go find chests. Either one would remove esp benefits and provide your community with some chests.


  2. So I am changing my hardware to a pure dedicated box and got most of my issues worked out with migrating everything from my old host. But now I have an issue that I cant seem to fathom the cause. My servers, the whole cluster launches fine with migrated databases, no problem if I run with no mods at all. As soon as I try and run a server modified with mods it wont show up on the client selection. The server fully comes up and says its connected to steam, no changes in ports or anything from the working no modded version. I thought maybe I had a mod that was conflicting, but nope. I even removed all of them, leaving only one to be loaded. Nope.. Nothing. So all my settings work and I know my mods work because I have them on a live cluster now. Even if I remove the mods it doesnt help, it seems I am having an issue with ago's modlauncher. Does it somehow change how the server's communicate with Steam? I didnt catch it if it does breezing through the code but not sure. Anyone else ever run into this issue? If so how do you fix it. I have been messing with settings all night and cant get a modified server to display on steam client. 


  3. Slaughter use to be JK dominant but since serious drama and a PMK later it is not. Population is low at this point but a few kingdoms are slowly growing with more casual pvp players. Active right now MR and a HOTS PMK are about even numbers. Another PMK is still semi active and if they all logged back in may out number the others, but have about half the active numbers as the other two.


  4. You can snake them together and plot cour works. My login server is connected to my pve server via a border but not my pvp server. PVP server is connected to one edge of my pve server. They all communicate that way. You can plot couse from and to any of them. 

     

    I believe if there is a connection to at least one server you should be good. 


  5. First off if the templates I provided to my community to look at and get a feel for changing wagons textures inadvertently had your "work" my apologies. The link has been removed. I have given them a step by step on how to convert there own DDS files and easily photoshop there own wagons however they like. The post you looked at clearly said here is some templates go make your own and if the community likes them we can implement. I wanted original content not google images draped across my wagons and ships. I did ask permission to use your content and since it was not given I did not or will not ever use it. I liked your drapes, furniture, and rugs. Not sure what you are trying to get out of the accusation that we used your content incorrectly. We never claimed the wagons were created by us or would be used on the server at all. If anything looking at the whole content of everything you upload to your "copy-written" graphic packs, you have multiple pieces of free to use works trimmed and pasted, maybe some original work, not sure, since i stopped counting after finding at least 10 there were copy-written by original artists and shared to the world, and then the big one maybe CC should take a look at Wurm graphics you didn't modify at all.. Your "copy-written" graphic pack has Code Club graphics yet your disclaimer says  All Graphics Pack materials, including, without limitation, the logos, design, text, graphics, other files and the selection and arrangement are Copyright © 2017 Requiem of Wurm or copyrighted as otherwise noted. So how does that work? CC give you permissions to make there work part of your "copy-written" graphics pack?

     

    Lastly if my link had some of your textures it was not intentional it was a reference for non-tech savy people who might like to edit images. This could have easily been resolved by PMing me on forums here, my website, or my server and I would gladly removed said link and modified to only provide CC based templates. Not sure if you are trying to bring attention to your models or what but they are not being used by me or will they ever. Good luck

  7. Your running a 2G pingperfect setup. Could be polling, could be other things running on other parts of server. How big of map? Thought you were a 4k X 4k map. I would run more dedicated RAM to help especially if your map is that big. I run about 2-4G of free RAM to help with polling, doesn't help to much but reduced it a bit.

     

    Also make sure you are using SSD if not you will get that a lot.


  8. PVEp treasure map mod added. The community seems to be digging the treasure. 

     

    PVP server is slowly growing with at least a few casualties of war today between HOTS and MR.

     

    HoTA will be starting soon on the PVP server so get your allies together and let's see who can win the first round.


  9. Dragon fight was fun with a large amount in attendance. We hit almost 60 people online during that time. 

     

    Login server is online and has greatly reduced our lag through the main server. 

     

    Our new Epic PvP server will be going live this weekend. People will be allowed to deed on the pvp server but it will be full deed cost and upkeep cost. Mounts are normal WO speed on the pvp server so you cant speed off when an enemy shows up. Hope to see you there. 


  10. Thought I would test out the log cabin model you have. But keep throwing a nosuchmethoderror which cause server shut down.

  11. The traveling merchant is a GM controlled trader that we set up and move each week with updated loot. We also keep him with a higher coin balance then all the other traders on the server so you can actually sell a decent amount to him. Not a modification just using in-game controls in a different way then normal.
