Checked elevation affliction and desertion and Fo/JK has no missions on any of them and hasn't for atleast a day, probably longer.

old fishing system was literally so afk you'd get bot checks because there was no actual imput apart from pressing keys, afking for 15 minutes, and clearing inventory/repairing every hour. leveling and flattening gives massively reduced skillgain, don't produce anything of value, and can be done in 1/3 the time if you mine normally so its not really a fair comparison that actually sounds awesome no joke

Rotting gut is acid, and if you acid imbue a weapon the base dmg and RT/BT will also be acid and get damage increased, 10k bt imbued weapons with the rings are brutal

every now and again, a saddlebags menu from "open saddle bags" will stop updating, you can drag and drop items in and out still, but the actual panel won't update and will still show items in there if you dragged them out, or nothing if you dragged them in. have to close and reopen it for it to start updating again. seems to be much more common on a ridden horse compared to a led horse.

Looking for a scale set with a supreme chest, rare/supreme other parts are nice but not necessary. any color.

When taking the meat out of a butchered corpse, if you move the meat out right as you bury the corpse, one of the pieces of meat sometimes magically vanishes, can't find it dropping piles on the ground under where the corpse was. done with supreme butchering knife on max fat animals

well the way mob aggro works is that they only aggro when either they move(and they can still move right past someone without aggroing), or something else moves, so you'll most likely be fighting one at a time until you move around. even with hurting debuff you'll still be faster than them, and cave bugs don't do much damage at all, even to a newbie wearing the starting armor. "Also, many very experienced miners, if they know they are in a safe area and have checked carefully to know their situation, will take OFF their armor while they are mining." armor has 0 effect on mining so idk why they'd do that, sounds like they're not very experienced at all. that, or they listen to rumors too often.

you just walk away from cave bugs they move like 5km/h, if they're over-encumbered or 0% stamina then it will be a valuable lesson.

can pen one with fresh spawns, i've done it in the past. just a matter of mailing the rewards to your main after doesn't really change "off-server poaching" or whatever the kids that don't leave deed to hunt call it +1 to the idea

Between having the highest passive creature % and 16x16 servers having the lowest mob density independence looks like a wasteland devoid of mobs for 90% of it, and the "best" hunting spots that you have to travel half the server to are comparable to literally anywhere on a 8x8 server, and respawns can barely keep up with one person hunting in the area let alone multiple, you're pretty much forced to go off server to grind fighting skills. Increasing the total amount of mobs, or lowering the passive % (seriously there's so many god dam sheep) on the server would be a great help to hunting on independence.
