  7. where can I find that log file? last night I had a command prompt open with a ping google.com -t going the entire time I played and every time I crashed I would check that and there wasn't any sign of any packet loss.

  18. Thanks for the suggestion Brash, unfortunately this didn't work either. I attempted to set IE as default and links did not open, i continued to set Chrome back to my default and turn off all(3) extensions active, and it did not work either. I do not use Anti Virus software and have all windows default firewall settings turned off.
  19. I have attempted to reach out to GM's in game regarding this issue, and they were unable to determine the problem. I was suggested to open a thread on the forums. I have recently noticed that I cannot open any links from within the client, both at Launcher and In Game. When I right click a link in game, and select the option "Open in Browser:", nothing happens. I have to "Copy" then alt tab and paste into browser manually. When I am at the Launchers window, I click on the links in the News panel and it does not load these(assuming it should load a page in my browser?) either. I have confirmed that Chrome is set as my default browser, and also attempted to turn off my Ad blocker, neither have remedied the issue. Any ideas?
  20. I am not using Windows 10. Edit: I also followed these instructions to set Chrome as my Default browser(which it already was). I am able to open links from e-mails and other applications normally, and Chrome opens them, as it is my default browser. So this is unfortunately not the fix for me. I've attempted contacting Gm's in game and no luck either... I will be opening a new Thread I suppose in hopes of bringing attention to the issue.

  25. I've been having the same issue, just reinstalled and came back to the game, updated java and confirmed removed older versions of java. Right click link in game ---> select "Open in browser:" nothing.... I checked console and nothing shows up when i attempt to open the link from in game. I am forced to copy link, alt tab, paste into browser addy bar. Same problem? quick fix? Thanks
