  3. i don't think 30 people online at most times on the only PVP server is what you might call "survival".
  4. I'm just thinking that Wurm as it is currently, won't last for another 10 years. It's the nature of things. Games are getting more and more into the engine/mechanics/graphics and less into the complexity/.content. Wurm or something like it needs to be made modernly ,to have the complexity + engine
  5. Hi. Me and a friend were wondering, what would it be like if someone either ported or made up Wurm from scratch in Unreal engine? Think about it, all the limitations of java would be lifted, you could have real physics, actual jumping, things could have weight and collisions, and combat would not be dull anymore. Adapting it shouldn't be that difficult? right? I mean it's java code, no pointers or anything it can be translated to C++? well im not a programmer i wouldn't know, but still, the idea excites me, what do you think?

  7. I found it was great for a 1 fighting skill toon to be able to through the first fighting levels, being able to hit the head from the very beginning is nice

  10. Hi. I wrote this guide thinking that most people never get the chance to read something like this. Wurmpedia doesn't tell everything it should as you might already know. Most people on freedom do not know these things , and sometimes even people on chaos. Keep in mind that this is my own opinion, i'm by no means an all knowing wizard and there's far more experienced people at PVP than myself. Guide starts up at freedom level 1FS toon and gets more complex as pages go on. Note that you should have a basic understanding of the wurm mechanics to be able to follow it. Basicly i want you to know what "body strength" is or how to create basic tools and so on and so forth.   12. Problem with it is that it's not really meant for anything.. It has no real combat skills, its only bout half a smith, 0 ammounts of channeling so it cant go down that path , the knowledge is nice but then again who wants to pay 1k for a blacksmither when the sole purpose of paying for a toon is to not grind it yourself.... I'd see people paying 350 - 450, but i don't think ya gonna get any better than that
  13. -1 . How is alt using a bad thing? Not like you can PVP on 2 characters at the same time, it's downright impossible . Even if it was a bad thing, even if it did change up a few gameplay mechanics and player mentalities, what's the point of argueing about this? You pay 10 euros for an account a month it's your account to do sermons, pvp, mine tunnels or whatever. Imagine how much revenue would be lost if alt usage was doomed out of existance, most people have at least 2 characters, heck, you can't play both a priest and a crafter on one account... stop talking about this as if its the devil's spawn, not like a 20 body alt is gonna oneshot your 70BS sotg monster toon...

  15. next to no combat skills but high body. Not really a crafter, probably worth 150 :-? The low meditation at that high body kindof brings it down tbh, It was an alt character wasn't it?

  17. I don't understand how people give PC's of 400 EU for this. Its only skill apart from body stats is blacksmithing which is the easiest smithing skill to level, all its combat skills can be achieved in less than a week apart from fighting skill which ain't that high either. For the high body stats i'd say max 200, having 37 meditation drags it down as well so yea....Anyway, good luck with your sale.
