  1. 10s for this sexy partial set of cloth. I have no doubt it will increase my cool level significantly.
  2. Question. Can you be a priest of libila on Chaos and a follower of Vyn on freedom? I am slightly curious about the possibility of playing a priest if it doesn't prevent me from building on freedom.
  3. Oh man if only it was SOTG...
  4. You don't understand because you draw a line between pvpers and pvers. That line is imaginary, falsely created by people who want nothing to do with the PvP aspects of the game and who think it does not bring anything to their game experience. I encourage you to read up or watch videos about Bartle's Taxonomy. It will explain in detail why this line of thinking is flawed Pvpers and pvers are not different classes of people. They are the same: Wurm players. Pvpers do not exclusively participate in PvP: we don't login, kill each other, then log out. Sure, some do, but that's not what PvP is all about. As a player like any other, I get bored doing the same repetitive thing over and over again. So I PvP today. Tomorrow? I go build a castle. The day after? I spend the afternoon doing deliveries all over the different islands. The next day? I imp swords for skill and make materials for the economy. All these things are part of my playstyle and I'd be damned if I have my content reduced. Separating Chaos from Freedom would mean that people like me would get divested from my Wurm experience. I wouldn't be able to participate in the freedom market or I would be forced to abandon my PvP. Why? Having a PvP island in the freedom cluster bothers no one, as it is your choice if you want to go to Chaos or not. Don't cut out your content options. That's not a smart thing to do.
  5. WTB a rare saddle, preferably 90+ ql but 80+ is fine. Pm me with price or post here. Thanks!
  6. White Drake set. I know one of you have one! Let it go!
  7. The newb guy continues to fight for his kingdom by keeping this thread alive! Free Soil! Help us make JK great again!
  8. I don't think the goal should be to facilitate account sharing. Code Club has already said they don't condone not support account sharing. Having developers deviate resources to develop the software to incorporate account sharing would be counter productive to what they want. That is why I didn't suggest this. However, providing better account security should be something much more reasonable and touches more issues than just account sharing. As it stands, cracking a password is not rocket science and I am sure someone with good coding skills or a simple keylogger on a kingdom forum website or the like could gain access to accounts easily. Account security should be the priority, not facilitating account sharing. If I share my account with someone and I help them defeat all layers of security, then there can be no doubt that I gave them ownership to the account. Incidents like this would not happen.
  9. Would it be possible in any way to separate the website functions (silver purchases, account actions, subscriptions and other administrative work) from the actual game itself? 2 separate passwords or even a 2nd verification system like security questions would go a long way to prevent account theft, hacking or unauthorized sales. I understand that Code Club are not responsible for issues resulting from account sharing, but it's a fact that part of our culture and the experience of our gameplay is enhanced by allowing our closest friends to enjoy the fruits of our labor, so expecting players to not share accounts is unrealistic. We cannot hide the truth that even without sharing, the security system of the accounts in Wurm is extremely weak at best. Anyone who plays the game already knows the username of everyone, given its their character name, so it's a simple matter of figuring out what the password is and unauthorized access can be achieved. I pay the subscription for a friend of mine each month, and I have yet to be confronted by any security measure. I think it wouldn't hurt to add an extra layer of security, especially when changing emails and passwords. Security questions or a likely mechanic needed only when these changes are made will go a long way from avoiding situations like this.
  10. Get me a Drake set so I dont keep dying like a scrub on my Xanadu expeditions! 2 times yesterday alone
  11. Reserves in a place like this screw up those interested. I bid here and forgot it even existed because no one else bid after a while. If I had known the reserve, maybe I would had bid that. My suggestion is always start a bid with the absolute minimum you would let the account go for. If rather keep it for less than that, then all good. However, one has to consider the actual value of the account, and start your bid lower. Best of luck next time bud.
  12. Thanks for being our #1 Pawnbroker, Red! When I can't find something I can always count your hoarding skills will see me through!
  13. No more than 80-100, I agree. 100 faith is worth around 50s alone. This one is not even 70. Channeling is nice but is still not even entry level for a priest (70).
  14. I'm leaving JK and joining this wonderful kingdom and sharing my accounts so they can make good use of them. Maybe paste the log in details in the forums. What could possibly go wrong?
  15. This has a very simple workaround, one that will make it impossible for a friend to steal your account or your assets without resorting to hacking and/or other banable means. I know it sounds like a very sketchy way to conduct business, but I personally believe it's the best mechanism against account theft and misuse. It is very controversial so I am going to put it in spoilers so those who don't want to read it can easily avoid it Hope this helps!
  16. 1x Rare Horse Shoe to Angelklaine, please.
  17. I read it as "Oh she was rude to me, so I'm keeping everything I stole." Sure she made a mistake, and sure she didn't go about it the right way, but you banked on accounts that did not belong to you.
  18. Have to be impartial about this. He didn't do anything against the rules so no ban is forthcoming. He legit had the passwords, given to him by her.
  19. I think that regardless of the path she took you should do your best to make things right.
  20. In my opinion you shouldn't have sold an account for which you hadn't been explicitly told that they were yours. Someone saying they are quitting and trusting you with their accounts does not mean they are yours. Profiting from something that does not belong to you is pretty slimey. If you have evidence where she specifically said the accounts are yours, then okay. But just her saying she quits? If you sold the accounts, then maybe you should assist her in obtaining something of a similar skillset. or passing what you earned to her, as it was rightfully her account. Sure, take a part as a broker or whatever, but saying "Oh, you said something bad about me, you get nothing now" is not quite right.
