After some time thinking about it, i decided to sell it at not 15s. but 10s. SO my deed of Luna Cove is now for sale for only 10s. Come on buy it .... or else .... i'll be sad.

Location is ( P-48 ), its called Luna Cove. 1 Guard and its a 21 X 21 with 5 perimeter. 3/4 of it is flat with cobblestone and less then half of it is protected by tall stone wall. The deed come with 1 small cart, 1 rowboat, a sailboat or a large cart with 2 white horse. Access to a an iron/stone mine. I dont have a high enough prospecting skill, but usualy the ql is from 1 to 30 for the iron. If interested pm me in game or leave a reply and im looking to sell it around 10s.+ unless better offer.
