  1. Maybe it's isolated to just me or random.
  2. I seem to have a problem where cows and bulls require taming to be led now. This seems to be a change in the last day or so. I just led a bunch of bulls without taming the other day. I also wasn't able to get the milk option for the cows when using a pottery bowl. Calves however still can be led without being tamed.
  3. I had the same thing happen with a grape trellis that was harvestable.
  4. Ok, so I tried to seal my wine barrels that had wine from before the update. it's not working. If I try to seal it on the ground with a peg it won't give me the option. If I pick it up and try to seal it in inventory, it gives me the options but says it must be on the ground to do this.
  5. Just a quick question, will hops only be harvestable from trellises, or will we be able to also plant them like grapes?
  6. I would love it if the brass oil lamp could be used as a lamp head. I think they would make nice hanging lamps and would look good on top of lampposts when pushed into fences or hedges.
  7. I think this will work, as long as not locking it doesn't interfere with the ability to plant the item.
  8. I would love to see various marble walls including marble walls that can be painted, that come decorated with specific metals, and those that are made of bricks. Marble railing and paving would be nice too. I think these would give rise to a few palaces. I suppose it would necessitate marble pillars too.
  9. The tasting function will let you see the quality without unsealing.
  10. I won. Yay, thank you. I'm really looking forward to the future changes. I'm thinking I may just reorder my vineyard a bit to become a brewery as well. Bring on the new recipes. However, I hope that if you have more than one hive around you don't get a bunch of individual messages from all of them. Welp, I better get on storing up reeds so I have plenty to plant. I've already got a bunch of woad to use for ink.
  11. I'm really looking forward to this cooking update, but I hope that it includes a few features that I haven't seen talked about yet. For instance, the ability to make wine with other fruits, even if they don't age, and the ability to make trellises from sprouts. It would also be great if we could get a recolor of the rose trellis to be used with other tea making flowers. Imagine having your own teahouse.
  12. I'm liking the sound of these new wine barrel functions more.
  13. A real tub of any material would be nice as well as vanity like piece of furniture.
  14. The fence idea could work and the idea of it taking damage and needing to eventually be replaced sounds good but I think it would be better if it lasted two to three seasons instead of one. Also, gardening skill being used to determine grape yields sounds good. It would be another use for the skill.
  15. I would love to be able to construct trellises over wild grape plants to turn them into "cultivated" plants which could be tended to increase output. I have large grape fields planted for wine making but they take up a lot of space as is for only 200 grapes. I would love to see a yield bonus in place to encourage making more than a bottle's worth of wine and hopefully a better market for wine.
  16. I would love to have wine bottles and better labeling. I established my deed as a vineyard in fact. Didn't champagne have a wine bottle model that could be used?
  17. I like this idea. If there is a pvp issue, could it not be restricted to the PVE servers like how locks work on PVE?
  18. A chest of drawers would be nice too. I could even live with wardrobes being converted for this purpose.
  19. It would be nice to have a container like the BSB that is upright like a wardrobe and conserves floor space. I'd like to be able to store things as necessary but not have my buildings feel cluttered from a lot of BSBs sprawled across the floors.
  20. Books

Bump! I love the idea of books and I like the idea of a book being a container for sheets of paper. This would keep books from needing their own UI. They would be lovely for in game story libraries, area histories, and eye witness chronicles of in game events. However, it would be better for this idea if the character limit on papyrus sheets were higher... say 500 characters. However, wurm would definitely need some kind of movable type to facilitate duplicating books. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Movable_type
