Even though I have only been playing for about four months, I hope to stick around till the end of Wurm. I hope that this game lasts for a very long time and can't wait to see this game change and develop like everyone else has.

I was wondering if we have an anthem for Independence. Or if there is an anthem for Freedom. It would be cool to see it.

That would be cool

Darwin and I had an hour long conversation last night over something about raptors and bisons. So I figured I should create a thread about this very topic! I will begin by simply stating that raptors are superior than bisons in every way possible.

I really do love the art style in winter. Really shows the harsher side of Wurm. +1 for me!

So, I heard about this game through one of my friends and I decided to try to out. I was stumped on a username so I decided on Theraptorking. So, I created my account and downloaded the game. As every player starts, I landed in Golden Valley. I was looking at the art style thinking that it looked pretty good. Afterwards, I looked through my inventory and equipped my armor, sword, shield, backpack, and toolbelt. I later changed my features with my hand mirror. After that, I went through the tutorial, learning the basics of the game. After all that, it was time to choose a server. I chose PvE as it sounded like a better chance of survival. I then chose Independence and warped through the portal. As I landed in The Howl, I immediately set out to explore my surroundings for resources. After the equivalent of a full day in Wurm, I realized that I only found trees. No clay, tar, iron, or other resources. I guess I was in the wrong area. I then found an abandoned field and made my first campfire. Between the constant fueling of my campfire, I did something I'm sure no other newbs would have done. I opened up the Wurmpedia and researched the game. After what felt like an hour of articles, I had learned a lot about the game. The sun had risen. so I set out to the West, as The Howl was too crowded. After a while, I came across the Inner Sea. Looking for a way to cross the Sea without heading South, I found the Eleiral Boat Bridge. I crossed it and ended up in Rockport. I then found an empty area and put down my tent. Then I logged out. I was afterwards addicted to the game.

For those of you you who don't know what the Elarial Boat Bridge is, it's located in the Inner Sea and is a mode of travel to and from the Sea. However, it consists of boats that you have to swim to so you don't drown. Now that bridges have been released, I think it would be a fun project to replace the boats with a bridge. It would be a faster way to travel, would be easier to transport goods, and it would give us the chance to expand the highway system. Thanks for reading this idea of mine, and I hope this project gets under way soon!

Yesterday, I was making a campfire to cook some meat I had butchered. After many attempts of making kindling's and campfires, I made one, I right-clicked the campfire and was going to select Open, but accidentally selected Snuff. I had to start the process all over again. My suggestion is that when you select Snuff, it opens a pop-up mission like the Quit menu that asks you if you sure to want to snuff the fire. I think this will save a lot of trouble and frustration. Thoughts?
