Thank you, I tried this and I feel like it wants to work because it doesn't just fail once then give me the message on my second try, it now fails, fails again and then gives me the message... I read on the other post that this will be an issue until they decide to fix it. So hopefully they fix it soon

I bought this game a few days ago off steam, down loaded it then went to play it but it wouldn't load. I had tried to start my own server so I thought it had something to do with that. Gave up and decided to just play something else. Well I tried again just a little bit ago and it still wont load. It gives me this message: The server denied your connection attempt for the following reason: <Duplicate authentication> Where do I go to get this fixed please? From what I understand from this message is that I have a stolen copy? And I say BULL because I bought this, I have receipts. If someone could please help me, that be great.
