Yeah something like that...i guess is not too complicated, only remove fantasy stuff and if possible adding some negative buffs, like cold and hot or wet when it rains...and a chance to get diseased ( when too cold, or too wet, etc..), infection (don't threat wounds) and stuff like that...and maybe even a permadeath options on the server side...i have not coding skills, so i don't know if is possible or not...but would be very cool...a sort of "Don't Wurm" XD (Don't Starve + Wurm) but realistic.....or The Long Wurm...Haven & Wurm, and so on XD.
