  1. A bestiary to complement the almanac. With an empty paper sheet in the bestiary, right click an animal with a pen filled with ink activated and select "study". This is easy on passive animals, but more challenging on aggressive animals that may not agree to you writing their information down.

Similar to the almanac, the completed bestiary can serve as an in-game reference guide with interesting facts about wurm's fauna. Bestiary entries contain information such as a depiction, a written description, information about spawn terrain and/or lairs, diet, tamability, whether or not the creature can swim, and products butchered. The quality of the report is determined by nature skill.

Wurm online is a sandbox mmorpg adventure game with over 130 threads where you argue with strangers and shape the terrain with your friends!

Or shape the terrain without friends on the old cluster

    DESTRUCTION OF THE WHEELCHAIR COMMUNITY
    - I know many MMORPG friends and players that spend their lives in wheelchairs and we all know it's very difficult for them to get a job.  For many of them, Wurm has given them a new lease on life.  It has given them hope on improving their situation that those (with the same circumstances) did not enjoy decades ago.  MMORPGs allowed these people to make real cash by working in a game.  MMORPG games, such as Wurm, gave them an opportunity to make money in order to pay real-life bills (eg. food, water, shelter, medical, electricity, etc.) and these opportunities for the unfortunate are being cut short for corporate profits.

If people are relying on a GAME to pay their BILLS they need to complain to their government, not the developers of a game.

If you can get onto a computer to play video games enough to make a living, you can get any old office computer job.

  4. Riding a pink (or green) unicorn with a passenger is one of my favorite pastimes. Buggers are fast, too!

A tiny goblin with a funny hat will lay waste to a burning, 30 foot tall, spiked champion hell scorpion, in mere seconds.

You will hurt your legs jumping down a 30 slope on the road, but underground, not even a 500 slope even touches your toes.

Well yes, if you pray for years on end you'll get it. I am not arguing that. But is not something you can really be expected to grind for. That was my initial argument. Someone who starts today and mains a priest and actually plays the game will have to play for half a decade to come even close to finishing this goal. Or they can sit and hug an altar for months on end and do nothing else. That's not reasonable.

Why not? It's and end goal. Something for priests that have been playing for a long time. People are always complaining that there is no endgame, and when they add it, ###### that it takes too long. I have no issues with a personal journal goal with a massive reward to take years of work. It's not hard, and if you WANT to get it faster, you can!

If your priest is an alt you can leave at an altar praying for your whole game session, sure. Try doing it as your main and only character. It only took you a month to get a whole point.

I already had 50 on Aly just from playing a priest before the journal came out, without ever sitting down and thinking "let's grind praying skill"

It's something that comes when you play as a main priest for a long time and do priesty things, of course, if you sermon your way from 30 to 100 faith you'll be missing out on a lot of that skill

That was pretty much what I thought.  We gave away to Codeclub the right to use our image in the game.  However, there was nothing said in the agreement about someone else literally cropping a part of the COA that I came up with and that my wife created.  From my understanding of copyright law is that even though Codeclub is using the COA and have full rights to it, my wife still owns the creative and intellectual rights to it.

I dont want to create a fuzz im mostly curious on how it works when someone just makes a copy of your image to make their own without permission.

I looked up some of the images used on the artwork. I would be very careful with what you wish for as the licensure on these images is not in your favor. If you were to look up the usage terms of said images you'd realise that you have no claim over these images to begin with, and actually violated THEIR terms of use.

Somehow I ended up with 3 horses named Heartdance. Crap horses, but they're a collection now.

Myself, Xallo, and oddly enough our next door neighbour Asidecay, all have horses that share the same name; Dreamlightning. I'm not sure how that happened!
