  1. Tried inviting her to game via Steam and it said "Server not responding"... perhaps her issue with connecting to my LAN server has something to do with Steam?
  2. I have a LAN server that's working just fine, but when my wife tries to connect to it the client just sits on the "Connecting to server..." screen forever. We've tried entering a different name into her client's "Name" box, deleting the "PlayerProfiles" folder and creating a new profile, and even completely reinstalling Wurm Unlimited but nothing seems to work. The server is hosted on my pc and I connect to it without issue? Interesting note: when we completely reinstalled Wurm Unlimited on her pc, her player profile still existed.
  3. Also, doing an integrity check through Steam works really well to replace missing files
  4. lol I accidentally deleted the servers a few times last night while tinkering with everything... if you still have the the "Creative_backup" you can easily fix most problems by copying/pasting stuff from it, or in the case of deleting a whole server just make a copy of the backup and rename it to just "Creative".
  5. More than likely, since I got the spawn coordinates from the Player listing in the GUI (after I ran my character all the way there lol).
  6. Was the server still running when you gave it specific spawn coordinates? Might be the same issue I found for changing the coordinates of a player.
  7. When setting a specific spawn point for a server, it'll only apply to new characters created on the server. The other thing I've discovered: If you go to the Player listing for the server and set specific coordinates for your already existing character, it will not work if the server is still running... it has to be first shutdown, then have the coordinates updated before it's started again.
  8. In case anyone else would like to share some decent starting locations on the Creative map, I thought I'd start a thread with one: X: 4859 Y: 3919 Features On the edge of a pond Very close to clay (flat enough to dig from the get-go) At the base of a mountain Tons of cedar trees around Next to "Central Lakes" area, so easy to figure out where you are on the map
  9. 1) Navigate to the "Wurm Unlimited" folder (probably in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common) 2) From within there, navigate to "..\WurmLauncher\PlayerProfiles\configs\default" 3) Open the "gamesettings.txt" 4) Set "show_body_in_inventory" equal to true
