We are international friendly, have two French speakers and one English speaker (the French speakers know English rather well).
We have under construction one sort of church/residence/temp bedrooms building, and a crafting workshop. Otherwise, there is food aplenty, two mines - one within the village - many animals, farmland, as well as plenty of space for you to build your own home for your belongings and own privacy.
