Hello all! Im looking to sell my deed on the south of exodus! the deeds name is rownsburg and its located at X29 Y44 on the server map! The size of Rownsburg is 47 by 47. The perimeter is 5 and it has 1 guards hired. The settlement has 16 silver, 75 copper and 77 iron in its coffers. The monthly cost is 5 silver, 41 copper and 80 iron. The upkeep will last approximately 86 days, 14 hours and 28 minutes more. The deed is very built up...featuring multiple large multistory buildings and even a small castle...the mine is very large and well covered by the deed itself. there is also plenty of flat land nearby to expand with! The deed also has several ore veins on it...including the following 1 normal ql iron vein 3 good ql iron veins 2 very good ql iron veins 4 normal ql slate veins 1 acceptable ql slate vein 1 good ql slate vein a number of lead veins ranging from normal to poor ql there is at least 1 utmost ql iron vein on deed just never got to mining for it...there is also a few silver veins located in the mine but off deed also has a number of animals of various kinds that will come with the deed if interested PM me here on the forums! Hey all! im looking for a few people who would like to come live with me on my deed Angmar! its on the north coast of celebration (am willing to provide any transport needed) The deed itself is sizable....my other deed north star is right next to Angmar and its facility's will be available for use if you so wish! The deed is more or less a full sized village and has many useful things on the deed itself...including ample storage space, docks, a sizable mine and much more (housing is being worked on but will be finished swiftly!) The village itself is in something of a state of disrepair....but for any new players who would like to help restore it...its a good chance to get to work on some skills...such as mining or masonry or even farming! both new or veteran players are welcome and I have a teamspeak that is available for use! I would be happy to reply to any questions anyone might have...I would ask that you pm me on the forums at first as during the day im usually at work (at night on wurm ) and its far easier for me to reply to forum PM's while at work than it is to loggin to the game itself ! I hope to turn Angmar into a busy bustling village and hope to see you all soon!

come on...who would not love having flowers and other plants that you could make gardens of on your deed that would light it up epically at night! would simply be used as a cosmetic/decoration item Edit: due to the request for more info on the subject....it would be like I said..plants you could find growing randomly in the wild that you could cut a sprout (or something similar) from and then plant it in a spot of your choice....would have no use other than making an area look pretty at night as well as function as a sort of light source Edit,Edit : another little idea is the possibility of finding glowing color crystals in caves...again no use besides serving as a decoration...could use a similar system where you cut a "sprout" off the crystal and then "plant" it somewhere...where it could grow back to its original size again

I would suggest lowering the price a bit a 30x30 deed is not worth 50s...I would say go 40 max....I bought my current deed which is 41x41 for something like 40s

Looking for a player or two who need a home to come live with me on my deed on the north coast of celebration! there are plenty of materials around to use...also plenty of work to do on the deed if you feel so inclined to help! I am usually active every evening...if your interested pm me on the forums! Edit: wrote the initial post at work so didn't have time to add in detail the "deed" is actually 2 deeds that are literally side by side...the deeds are named north star and angmar...both are sizable but the deed I am recruiting for is angmar as its more "townishy" than north star which is more like a fortress both deeds have an extensive mine which are connected...plenty of veins to mine. both have docks for any players who feel the need to bring their boat with them or make a new one...angmar needs a ton of maint done on it so it would be a good chance for a new player to up their mining and masonry skill if they would like to assist me...though its not required...both have enough space for a farm (angmar has an off-deed but secure farm that im going to be turning into a tree farm so we don't need to piss off all the neighbors by deforesting the place ^^...and will be doing a large communal farming space within the towns walls (and on deed)

lol well honestly I would not mind new neighbors would be nice to have more people to chat with as I mass produce stone bricks ...but honestly would not be too sure about the servers staying open...it would not be the first time he shut down one or more populated servers

honestly I do NOT agree this is good marketing since many of the threads popping up are by angry...not happy...players...people (including myself) are worried that they are going to loose deeds that they poured YEARS of hard work into...not to mention the chance that their characters may or may not vanish as well...so id kinda like to see a bit more openness on the devs part or I kinda fear that the current vague panic gripping the player population could boil over into something rather ugly...not only will that deter new players from joining the game...it may also ruin the game itself as well due to a flood of people leaving who are unwilling to watch their work and achievements go down the drain because the devs are a little tired of working with multiple servers if they do end up closing the servers (and that's not just off the top of my head as well...been asking around and almost 100% of the replies I get to the question is some variation of "i don't think they would...but if they did I would quit the game for good")

yea that would likely work...though people who have on deed underground canals and such would likely be mad still ...but still I guess its kinda moot to worry so much when all they have announced is that they are TESTING to see if a new mega sized server would work out at all lol...no one has said anything about servers closing and all....

and I disagree with this...I think more people would quit than you might think if the old server are closed down...people have worked for YEARS on their deeds just like on their characters and I know that I can speak for many players when I say that im proud of what I have accomplished on my deeds and that were I too loose all that time and money invested in them....well...I would be demanding refunds of my money at the very least...and others might actually go further than that

yea I would be super pissed if I lost all my current deeds as would most of my friends...I have a feeling that if the current servers shut down that many MANY people would leave the game
