hi jive i dont know u but we have friends in common.. ur stuff is far too precious to just throw away every piece means something you should have somebody a trusted friend contract out to sell ur holdings as pieces now more than it sounds like u could use the money and these sharks around here wont pay nearly what its worth.. i understand not selling on your own but hire a friend to do an estate sale put that money toward your child.. take care man. hope u guys stay well..
