  1. As someone who has multiple priests, farming wemp on a large deed (3k+ tiles), I don't want it to be more tedious than it already is.

  2. I've logged in today on Kain and noticed that my friends list seemed shorter than usual, almost half of my friends list wasn't appearing for me, though I appeared for them.
Yesterday there wasn't seemingly any problem, though I can't say for certain if there were people missing, as it was most prominently noticeable today due to the friends list scroll bar being larger than normal.

The only recent server crossing that I have done on Kain was three days ago, 16-03 (March, 16th) when I went to Celebration, and that was the last time I crossed server. (As I am a deed hermit for the most part.)

All the more reason for me to stay in my cave I think!

54 Friends I cannot see at the moment.

I went through my list and compared it to yesterdays log, just to see who I might have affected.

I wouldn't want to rely on a lamp that could go out at any moment without warning.
It seems to me that after reviving origami dragon could serve as a pet, living like an animal through several age stages, but instead of taming skill, it would develop puppeteering.

In case of duels/fights, it is a fight to the death.
Once destroyed, origami pet could burn, leaving ashes, but a different, new type of ash that could be used to produce a new type of lye and polychromatic dyes.
New lye would of course create a new type of leather, because this branch of crafting is also a bit poor compared to metal table.

Glow Rune (Bright) is usually more than enough for me, that way I don't have to rely on a lamp going out etc.

Overall not sure about this suggestion.

  4. As long as you won't be getting rid of the functionality of merchants, as we are a fan of the marketplaces as it is quite unique and fun to see around, then it could be an interesting system - though there are some concerns.

Is there going to be a minimum price for an item, (based off the current "market value"?), or even just a suggested price based on the "average" price. Otherwise, it could potentially be people will vastly undersell an item either due to being new or intentionally trying to crash the market. Even having a suggested price could make it easier for new players to understand the value of an item they have, rather than needing to price check frequently, with people either giving too high or too low.

Understandable that there isn't anything like a price database at the moment, however, that can be sorted shortly after introducing the system if it somehow keeps track of things that have been listed and for what price.

Most games that have an auction house have a lot more players, which makes it harder to crash the market, which Wurm doesn't have the player base (right now!) to stop anyone from having nefarious intentions.

If the bulk addition does get added into the game, my husband and I definitely think it should be attached to the Wagoneer itself, otherwise it would be a bit redundant.

There are many valid concerns that have been voiced in this thread as well and just wanted to add our two cents to the topic.

Sniper Protection starts when there is 1 Hour, or less, on the timer remaining. Every bid at this point extends the auction by 1 hour until there are no more bids.

  6. What happened: I've freshly planted roughly ~40 tiles (first time bug happened) and then ~20 tiles (second time bug happened) of Oak sprouts, casted Wild Growth twice which should have made the trees grow yet they were instead deleted/removed.
Nobody was able to come onto the deed as it is walled/locked, I hadn't failed any of the planting process, and there wasn't any damage to the surrounding trees outside of the area that got affected.

What you expected to happen: I've been doing this for the past few days without any issue. Planting an area to cast Wild Growth in after getting sprouts down, in order to chop them down when they reached Over Age stage.

Steps to reproduce: Plant sprouts within the radius of a Wild Growth cast, roughly 4x4 in size, and cast Wild Growth two times with the trees being deleted instead of advancing the stage.

Additional Information: I understand that Oak/Willows have a kill zone that occurs whenever the server ticks/they grow a stage, causing damage to nearby trees, with 1 Tile at Mature / 2 Tiles at Old. Yet all the trees were Young stage, not having any kill zone radius to them. This is also not the natural process for growing trees which wouldn't cause a server/growth tick to in act the kill zone effect, because we are using Wild Growth to grow them instead of natural ticks. "have a fo priest wild growth oaks trees (if you're wild growth-ing you can have them all packed together, they only kill nearby trees when they age up naturally)" From OR's Grindin Everything. We've been growing Oak for the past few days with this method, roughly 10-12hrs per day, and haven't had this issue before.

We have encountered this bug twice today, in the span of ~10 minutes, and we are not going to be planting sprouts to see if this would happen a third time as we've already removed a few sprouts as is.
