  1. Shads is very trust worthy and very fast service ordered 3k brick and 1k planks was ready in 3 days. If you need mat's and he makes them he has very good prices for a virtual good and will deliver if you can't pick up your order.   2. Theodis I think you missunderstood what I was saying. I was trying to keep my explanation short and to the point and not include every single detail but i will give you another example that will explain it a bit better. Reason 3 to act apon and suport reason2. Example when I paid a ton of money for Star wars the old republic i was excited. But with fast paced mechanics and and flaws in the system I went from level 1 to 50 in 4 days and I only played around 26 hours in the 4 days. Now I was at the end and started raiding after a few more days which was 5 to be on point I was so board I quit Have never looked back. Now if we add quick mechanics to make wurm go to fast not to mention it is exploitable what the op was posting a player would get to that boardom point alot faster. If they can flatten that fast and easy then drop a house down kill a mob or 2 by the weeks end they are wow this is it this is boring. They would call it boring 1. it was to easy 2. they have done it all 3. no challange. This will kill most MMO's for a massive amount of players. The reason a ton of us play wurm instead of one of the triple A titles is because we are tired of the hold my hand and tell me what to do games. In Wurm it's you do what you want minus a few small ground rules. Yes it is long and hard and thats why we are here and not in some other triple A title. I mean if you want a fast sandbox with terraforming in it try Xyson it is more simple than wurm.
  3. this could be lined under the subject exploit. Reason: If i could go around plan a 80 skill carp plan then click flatten then turn around and destroy the plan and cheat my way around flattning my property. -1 all the way on this idea. Reason it takes the wurm feel and turns it into just another mmo do enough of these things and wurms gone and we are playing just another plain mmo out there on the market. Reason 2: If you ever saw half of the huge gigantic buildings i build you would ask me why don't you want a feature like this? Answer would be Reason 1. Regardless this would make my work fast and easy I'd rather do it the long hard way and make my constructions I build mean alot more to me and others in the feeling WOW man that took a long time to do and is amazing nice job. This would give me more than a quick exploit.
  4. Is there any way you can add code so that the floor with the opening has the back of the ladder facing the direction you are facing when you add the last item. Example.. If im facing north when I finish the last item on the floor the back of the ladder would be facing north, and if I'm facing west it would be on the west wall. As of right now it's always on the south wall which really makes it hard to design the inside of any structure with out having to add a additional wall so it makes the ladder look like it's against a wall and not in the middle of said floor.

  6. Nothing can get redone till after they get all these old models redone to support future code. This is not saying this stuff will not come just at this time there are other things that need to be done and finished before they can start to add more. And they will after the this stuff has been done. I had a conversation with Saroman about this and this is how it was explained and if you ever coded and modeled you will understand this and wait.

I spoke with Saroman about new furniture and stuff and he did tell me in the future yes but right now they have alot of models and other stuff that needs to redone and updated before they can start making new stuff. So yes it will come just not till they get the old stuff redone for future code purpose.
  8. Deleteing the writs want be enough if you had double walls and even some which didn't the thing will vanish but you want see the invisable double and triple walls. You will need to delete the writ then replan the same house and finalize it to make any extra walls reapear then destroy that writ and repeat till no extra walls appear. this will ahve to be done for every house/shack affected by this bug. Then once every inner wall outer wall has been brought to the open doing this you should have the glitch fixed. Just rem make sure you have no refreshing walls before you lay one brick just one building on a deed can cause this to kill every other building on your deed. Remember run around every planned wall and try to build the wall to make sure not 1 wall is refreshing. then actually build them if none refresh. What is happening is when 1 wall is left refreshing it becomes invis and on a server reset it trys to compansate the missing wall cause it has to have a wall even a frame but it's not seeing it so you get the bad bug and it will spread. 3 of my buildings alone had this bug and was fixed by gm's / dev's but this was a patch and not a fix cause the server still see's it missing. If you have 1 building with a missing wall don't call for a dev or gm to fix just delete the writ and redo it. You can try and ask for replacement mat's in a support ticket before you delete the building you may or may not get it but don't delete the building then try. But i would highly recommend you do it fast cause on a server reset it can get ugly a few of us know all to well first hand exp.

Honestly I think it's a great idea cause a slab road takes 90 lbs of rock shard to make the slab which is actually 5 rock shards combined then chiseled into a slab other slabs should be the same. As for the brick road 5 bricks top's per tile would be reasonable cause really it takes more than 1 brick to pave a section. Only thing I don't like about the road system is speed's are not good enough and when going up hill grass or paved regaurdless of tile the speed is almost the same damper put on them.I would recommend increasing speed's depending on the road type to higher. Why do we make roads any ways? I thought it was for faster travel not just for looks. Even boat speed's need to be increased cause it's easyer to travel the long way around by horse than to boat it. The only reason I even use a boat right now is for farming up clay and this is only cause I havn't built the road to the clay pit yet.
  10. It is also a PVE MMO so don't forget that. The main issue people have is the fight system is to slow no flare with light's and flashy combat moves. But if you want to get techy about it. Speed up the combat action's. Add more than a few swings so more moves. Other than that and going all out final fantasy with moves that really no human in the world could ever do I have no other choice than to see you want a combat system that is false to wurm. The dev team is skilled to handle the task at hand but with such a small team and so many thing's to do they have to be done on a time frame. You don't work on a project that will take 8 months and let every thing else set. You work on other things that can be done quicker and work on the longer projects over time.
  11. Bad! Bad! Bad! Idea! Reason Dirt don't come back once gone in a few years of everyone making clay dirt would vanish and rock/stone would be left. Not to mention with multi story building's now you know how much clay people will be making for all them stone structure's. I'd keep it like it is but make it so it act's like dirt and sand, but then that's almost like your idea it would still get used up. There needs to be some type of dirt regeneration in the game. Way the system is set over a decayed these resources would get low of every day use and decay cycle on them not being stuck in a storage bin when left in pile's. Not sure on this one needs a think tank with a solution better than what's in place. Then again is Wurm meant to go on forever what is Rolf's intentions with the future of Wurm? Will it get closed like other mmo's have been done? Lot of good Questions can arise from this.
  12. I say make clay and tar like sand and be done with it. This is a sandbox so why can't we pick up the tar and sand and move it to a better location while terraforming. The system now just defies the reason this being a sandbox. Why give us a blank map and leave it up to us to shape but then limit tar and clay out of the picture? We can now lower and raise stone , rock, dirt, sand. why can we raise tar and clay but not lower. If I scoop up enough clay and move it to point B and dump it, It would be the same as sand and dirt. This is one mechanic I never understood why it was made this way.
  13. Yes the fighting system needs work. What I would do if I was working in it would focus on faster animation's. All animations are slow like the timers for doing something in the game. Which kill's the animation system. The fighting system needs more animation speed, I swear the word's in the Event Tab are so many second's faster than the actual animation. Then mob's Lack random animation's. So what I'm saying is I would 1. Speed up animation a few second's 2. Add random Animation's for each mob in battle, maybe like 10 random attack's that the AI of the computer calculates threw a random Array. 3. I would remove the Fighting ui window and make it a hot bar with the moves on it, with the option to resize it and make it go vertical or horizontal. Nothing could be added to this Hot bar the Hotbar would be pre set with the fighting attacks on it. The Ui it has now is to bulky and takes up to much space.
  14. Ok I'd love to see in the future the Target window bar that when you select objects it shows a health bar for them with a % number of the damage on the item. So damage for a object would be like the health of a mob or player on this bar. You could even add the symbol on the bar showing what it needs to improve it or a new symbol for repairing. This could then allow for the examine function to be removed Which I believe will increase performance and lower load's on the server's for people spamming this function a few hundred times a day. It's more attractive than having to read the screen every time you click checking walls and it is just a better way and a more up to date feature of leading games online for this generation and time. Here is my idea with the improve item showing Yes This would be a mouse click on object feature just like we do now double click mouse left button and you get the examine hotkey feature this would replace this showing you this info for said targeted object. That's if the Dev's love this idea and act on it.

More updates on my side. 1.Moonhaven Harbor no longer exist but someone else lives here not sure if he want's his place posted. 2.Valrei Reach don't exist. 3.Moonhaven Forest fortress don't exist. 4.Terra Fossores don't exist. 5.The Hole don't exist. If you could remove these from the map I'd appreciate it so new players know where land is not taken.
  17. Just want to say one last thing dealing with sandbox and themepark. Epic server with it's god's and game play system is part themepark. Why? the min a god system was added it became themepark also the min a diety system was added it had themepark elements. How many players love Epic? I think a lot of players love epic. The only problem I personally see wrong with epic is it's pvp which I don't like pvp in my mmo. I personally love pvp in FPS games but have never liked it in my mmo's, but to have a true pve server with god's like epic and a true player verses environment setting wurm would get a even bigger fan base. Wurm has the system already in place and if it would branch off in a new server with full pve mob's along side the diety system it has now filled with quest and battles and raids in a pure pve setting with out pvp wurm would get a bigger fan base. From what I gather from Rolf when he spoke about what was planned for EPIC imo it sounds like they are in the right direction mixing themepark with sandbox. The big problem with Wurm right now is it develops slow and the main reason is small development team and I personally think this is do to the lack of funds. Remember wurm don't have 1 million paying customer's with a fee of 15.00 bucks a month it has less than 7 thousand players with a smaller fee of 5.00 bucks a month and a percent of the 7000 players are ftp paying no fee and another percent is players like me having multiple account's and even triple account's like me so 3 of the 7000 account's reported is me taking that number down to 6997 and if you do the math of all the other players having multiple account's the number gets smaller. I know a ton of people think Rolf is rolling in money from wurm but they would be wrong. They don't understand the money it cost, to pay for the office they work in,the dev's on the team,the light bill, the server's and the maintenance on them servers brings fund down even more. So most of the idea's I will have people will hate but what I'm personally striving for is a bigger fan base of paying customer's for a bigger revenue so wurm can have a bigger dev team and a more smoother development. See most games stick all this in one server then they make multiple servers of the same thing to hold a fan base and you can't move from server to server. Here Rolf has made multiple server's to hold the core of wurm's fan base. Then he made a pvp server and a epic server all which you can travel to unlike other mmo's. We can sail or portal over to these at will then return home when we have had our fill of them. Adding a Hunting server and a Quest server only adds to the fan base and doesn't kill any aspect of wurm. The system Rolf has allows the player to choose their content and that system I would never change. So do I think Rolf should eventually create a Hunting server and a Quest server? Yes when they have time and the fund's allow it yes I think he should. This is My Personal Opinion.
  18. There is none and the reason why there is none is simply because every company trying to mix them slam the themepark in the same server with the sandbox. This idea here is to have that themepark on it's own server and if anyone wanted to go there could. This is where we also see differently. You see it just adding it you think it will kill wurm from the way you speak. Me on the other hand I say it being separate a server we can sail to and do it keeps it separated as if you are playing 2 different type of game's, Which I might add has never been done in the history of mmo gaming. All companies have mixed the content of both on 1 server and then made separate pve/pvp server's. How I see it in wurm that's if rolf even decides to take a look at it if they ever get time to with all that they have on there plate at this current time. Deliverance Independence Epic Exodus Celebration Elevation Affliction Desertion Serenity Release the other new server I don't rem off hand Hunter Server Quest server This is how I see it. Every thing separate and any one from any of the other servers can travel to either of them last 2 and do what is allowed on them fully keeping each in it's own content and away from the true sandbox.
  19. You might be right they don't have themepark exp but did anyone when they first started doing it? No and IMO those have done got it wrong. Who's to say These small group of guys wouldn't get it right and change the way we play mmo's for the next generations to come. You can't test or try what does not exist. Trying it out it being on a separate server if it fails it's a simple fix get ride of the server seeing it doesn't interfere with the other servers nothing would be lost. But! just but... what if! it and what they do on it change the history of mmo gaming? If they never give it a shot they will never know. Remember Everquest hit the world by storm and it had less than wurm mechanic wise and had really no theme park what so ever it really didn't develop theme park till later on. It was a basic grab quest find mob kill mob grind to max level game style that took the world by storm which birth others like wow all the way down the line to this day.
  20. That's because they mix them on the same server. What I suggested was to make it separate but available to those who enjoy it. This don't mean you have to go to it just because it's there. You could Ignore it like the plague like I do Chaos and Epic. Them 2 servers are none of my game style it being on it's own server keeps it away from me and causes me a paying Wurm fan coming back and subbing every month I own 3 Premium account's and 3 deeds and shell out funds every month for online silver to the wurm shop to support the game. My suggestion wouldn't mess with your game play at all not one bit of it would interfere with your gaming cause the only way to see it would be to travel there. Your Logic is not logical your argument to dismount my idea has no water to hold ground. So I will ask you what is so bad with the idea? Do you have any ground's other than in your opinion they don't mix and that's why the game's fail? It is your opinion and no facts to back it up. I'm not flaming or trolling just when you go to slander a post please use the words In my opinion I don't think it would be a good idea. That's all it is in the first place your opinion.
  21. You don't game much do you or have you only been gaming a few years? I've gamed since I was around 8 years old and have been in the MMO scene since the beta testing of Everquest when Virrant held the title for it. I've watched all area's of the gaming world from themepark to sandbox to fps. My suggestions are for the better of wurm and not for my own agenda. Every MMO needs a little Themepark. The object is not to add to much. This alternate server idea keeps it's aspect where it needs to be there but out of the sandbox. No one is asking you to go to a server like this if it exsisted it's pure choice just like the chaos server is to me I hate pvp and have a choice play there or not. Your logic is like John Smeadlley ok but way out of date for the Generation today. My ideas are to inspire the gaming world to try new things and to stray from there old generation building plans for mmo's. Archeage is a sandbox/thempark and it looks good and all but it will fail like all the other's It will thrive cause it has aspect's of all generation gamers in the mmo but it will fail where you are forced to partake in some shape or form every aspect. The idea of themepark in wurm on it's own server with the opt in option allows for the generation switch to choose what they want. This builds a higher player base with more income for the development of wurm. If you make a game for one generation only you will not have a game that will last the time. Why? People die and a new generation is formed every 10 years. The worst mistake of every Development team in the world is this one right here. Personally I want all people in the world to have a spot in Wurm and there are ways to allow this and it to never interfere with other generations and separate servers with elements is the key. It's Logical and it makes a lot of since.
  22. Theres a Idea a separate Server for Hunting only no pvp a pure player verse environment mob's. With a server like this no buildings no deeds just animal's and mobs to hunt. A server like this wouldn't interfere with other servers if it was brought down for any reason which would give the ability to test new animals and mob's live that get added. Before they get added to main server's. Also would recommend the looking into making a Quest server only. Where you sail or port to it and the only construction in there would be a castle filled with npc's that hand out quest to hunt and raid mob's no other deeds or construction allowed. This would appeal to the pve questers such as my self who are very old school mmo's who enjoy running quest and raiding powerful mob's. maybe tie the god's into it where they are sending minions. You could dev make towns with npc's in them across this type of server with quest as well. these villages would ask for help repelling mob's that could be triggered by a group with one member having the quest. Pre maid caves with powerful creatures in them and such that can be raided. These type of servers could be shut down to add mob's quest and never interfere with the main servers where players live. They could be used to test mob's before they go to main server's lot of advantages for doing this plus it would make Wurm even more unique from other traditional MMO's. Not to mention the eye attraction of these player types that don't play wurm do to the fact these elements are missing. The main key Element here is keeping these game styles alive while keeping them separate from other players game styles. The biggest mmo mistake is mixing all this up on the same server's this idea and system wurm has allows for it to remain all separate so the player has full choice of there game play and style.

Kingdom of Arkonika Central 34y 7x 4. Kingdom of Arkonika East 34y 8x 5. 2 new guard towers and a merchant on the Kingdom of Arkonika Pic is a redo of the area best of my knowledge. And all new objects are present.
