Well, in the U.S. you can prosecute for internet fraud but, requires a lot of paperwork, ###### loads of files, emails, etc. and sometimes subpoenas to ISP's and that takes a lot of hard evidence to even show one to a judge to consider. Take the bitcoin cases and Panama Papers as an example. Plus this game is based in a foreign country and that requires the Justice dept. to get involved and State dept.

    Ah, I the days of being a newbie and joining Gara and Duko at SSTC deed on Xan. The deed is gone now, but the things I learned there live on. lol

Shamgar is/was a villager with me at Amish Estates and I can tell you he is one of the nicest people I have met and this is actually not uncommon thing, Mist even told a guy that a area by one of his deeds was for "hunting" when someone was gonna deed it. I believe he then went and added perm to the deed to prevent it. Mist owns and trys to control most of the Summerholt area even has made comments about doing this same thing to others to prevent roads, deeds, docks, etc. around that mountain. Even has said that he wanted some deeds gone because they was "in his way". So, not sure if he is on a empire building binge or what but there seems to be a alot of land grabbing going on.
  8. Yes, the radeon is a low profile card and was actually advertised back then as being for optiflex and Inspirion computers that have limited space in the tower. Looking at replacing this computer later but right now just needing a temp fix for better fps.
  9. I'm running right now a ATI Radeon HD4200 and get 1-6 fps in town and 17-26 while sailing or away from a lot of rendering items, and did notice the graphics was awful on unstable. So might check on a low priced budget Intel card but I tried playing Wurm on my wifes computer which had intel onboard graphics and got nothing but red ground and no rendering. And my computer is ancient too. lol But yeah looked at the gtx 750's but would require a psu upgrade to use it. Current one is only 250w.

    Yep, it's basically screwed now. Since players was bring cart load sof alts and ###### the chest they got changed to now be very random and will disappear after being opened. :/

  16. Xan does not have any chest, we're getting something else I think and the chest can be opened more than once and a gift gotten out, but not sure how many times it works.

" Going to say no to the cross server teleport to Indy since the plan is for most of the servers to have something going on this weekend.
  21. Need to update the list, after last weekends event most was wipe pretty clean due to extra shopping trips by people while the sign was still active.
  22. It keeps going up one hour and jumping a few days ahead. If you close the rift in one hour then it moves up one hour, if you stall it for 2 hours then it will move up 2hrs., etc. Like a leap year thing.

  24. They are actually holding the money incase the CC wins. Just like holding evidence in a crime till the trial. If you win, you get it back. If you lose they give to the CC.
