Slightly more than 23 silver in coffers. It is a medium size (61X25) deed with lots of terraforming & surface mining done and still some to do Several iron veins ondeed including Utmost. Tar and clay nearby. Enchanted maibox near token. Several horse pens and farm fields. Main house is located on the flattened mountain more than 1000 dirt above the ground (tunnel to the main house is fully reinforced and contains a nice dropshaft for fast travelling) Nice view. The outside is a desert which is actually a nice hunting ground if you want to rise your FS. Private harbour and a small maple forest in perimeter.
