We're recruiting one or two players for our new deed. Large deed size so plenty of personal space, on going construction projects for those who want to help shape the town. With the amount it rains in this game, we should get some effects to go along with it, maybe small puddles piling on paved surfaces, wet footstep sounds, sounds of rain on rooftops, some sound for rain period, darkening of structures to give the appearance to being wet.

Cool, the shortcut worked. Any idea how I can get the shortcut icon to be the wurm logo?

Alright, had to do a destructive restore on my laptop, got everything back to normal except I can't remember how to create a desktop shortcut for Wurm. I remember there being a forum post or something with instructions on how to do it. I tried searching for it but the only link I found was broken, assuming it was from before the website got hacked. Anyone care to enlighten me?

No, they make a laptop version too, called the g series. I got mine at best buy.

I've got an HP pavilion G7 that plays it very well, not maxed out but pretty close, I get at least 30fps 90% of the time. Think I paid like 400-500 for it, brand new. Only issue was I had to uninstall the ATI drivers.

Just wanted to post here that I'd be around to help all new players get settled and aquire a basic set of tools and other such things.

How about implementing a worker or contractor set of permissions on deeds. So when you go to do some work on someone elses deed, you don't have to either change alliances or lose your citizenship of you're own deed. Just a thought, maybe it's already been suggested, just know I'd personally use it all the time.
