  16. As it is written in first post: "Items may have small dmg from time decoy" Usually our smith repair items before sending but yesterday he was away and priest decided to send an item. Please forgive him for his unawareness. Now our smith is back and if you send your maul to name Arafort he will reimp it to 90+. As an excuse for situation Smith can imp any other item to 90+ for free. you can send it with your maul.
