  17. Hi Nicephoros. Since custom enchanting is higher effort and higher stakes on my part (since I provide shop credit if an item shatters), I don't offer discounts on custom enchanting work. I could perhaps cut the price if we waived the shatter compensation; send me a forum PM if you're interested.
  18. We don't offer improving services. As per the OP: Our metal brushes, stone chisels, and trowels all average ~QL20. If you'd still like them, I'd be happy to send some along that match the enchant power criteria.
