  1. New Player!

Ah. I've heard a lot of complaints over the past two years about Xanadu. I hope you find a worthy home there, and deal well with the apparent lag.
  2. New Player!

Welcome, welcome. Which server have you set up shop in?
  3. Someone else may have mentioned it, but Ark Survival Evolved is pretty good, and has dinosaurs!!!
  4. Yeah, the easiest way is to ask the neighbors. lol Seriously though, if there are any neighbors in the area they'll most likely know the cave structures very well in their area. Also, as far as layout goes, there's a little program called DeedPlanner that is very useful for planning out how you want your buildings or villages to look. You can tinker around in it, swapping from the 2D to 3D perspectives. It's incredibly useful, and I've spent dozens upon dozens of hours using the program. Check it out here: And if you don't know where to start with all of the options at hand you can ask someone, such as myself, for a mock-up and I'd be happy to put something together.
  5. Prefer me some traditional sounding country, as with the video posted before this one.
  6. Definitely an old idea long over due.
  7. If/when you make it to Storm's End I'll show you our layout, but yeah, you can pretty much do whatever you want. You'll find as time goes on how you want things to be laid out due to convenience, time management, prettiness, etc.
  8. I'd be down to roll into a troll camp, and leave with my axes bloody.
  9. As with before, the lands around Storm's End are open to you, sir. Sail West from Hermit Island past the first bay-entrance, and past the first stone mountain to your right, and turn due North at the second bay-entrance you come to. Sail North through that bay until you hit a canal--Crystal Canal--and squeeze through that passage. Marvel at the marble bridge you pass under. You'll come out of the canal into a large lake with an island ahead of you. Navigate around the West side of the Maple Island, and then set course due North-East for the coast. You'll find land fall at a port with ships and an obelisk, dock there and head up the highway until you come to the gates of Storm's End.
  10. SoonTM I'm actually mostly cool with the pace of things. The devs have put out a lot of great content consistently for a while now. Bug tackling is a different beast altogether, but I have faith in their abilities!
  11. Gorgonkain for being a great neighbor who died far too often on journeys thus wasting my time trying to find his many corpses. You da real MVP.
  12. My village isn't exactly open for citizens at the moment, but you're more than welcome to camp just outside our walls if you'd like. The reason we aren't open for villagers is due to the lack of people we have online these days. Would take more effort to set a newbie up. Anyhow, if you check the community map I'm at Storm's End. We have a rare guard tower that you can utilize for safety, and there is plenty of empty space if you'd like to setup your own small village, and a future deed. Come check out the area and let me know what you think. P.S. If you REALLY like the area and want to join, then I'll make an exception and invite you to the village. 43x32y - Storm's End https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5evRFXJXhXONkktVjE4MUJaYjA/view?pref=2&pli=1
  13. Plays like a good game to me. Always has. Not perfect, but that's fine. To each their own, however.
  14. The Chronicles of Knarr-nia
  15. Unfortunately we can't jump off the bridges in Wurm.
  16. You WILL be my friend.
  17. Actually going to quote you. I didn't start this project. I saw it had a little thread going, and wanted to get it more traffic. Have I wanted to work on it? You bet. Real life leaves more important business at hand, however. That's just how it goes some times. Your negativity would be understandable if I was trying to take credit for this project, but that isn't the case. I don't want credit. I just wanted to help if at all possible. I'll leave that judgment to Shmeric.
  18. Seeing as how this interview platform had a small modest following I think perhaps a resurrection of sorts is in order. If YOU are a player or staff member of Wurm Online, and you'd like to partake in an interview of sorts then please feel free to PM me. I have some ideas floating about that I'd like to look into, so any volunteers are encouraged to step forward!
