Godfall has a large space available for extra residents. Unfortunately, at the time, only a portion of this are is available on-deed. We can offer a 2x3 spot and help you make the house up to two floors before we will leave you to be. We have a farm, clay/tar/sand deposits nearby, stone/iron/silver/lead available, marble within 5 minutes by boat, plenty of wood and several hundred squares for external development off-deed. We are located at J23 and have 3 active members, 4 total (one is an alt). We can make armor and tools for you (if you want metal armor, we will need to get an anvil of higher QL to craft them.) Dude, I'd suggest you buy lower QL parts, like 20-40 at most, and finish the boat, -then- buy the high QL item you need to improve it. Not only will there be more skill gained from it, you will also likely pay a lot less. Imping increases QL a lot more than attaching the items to the ship, from what I've seen.

Bump, really need to sell this dirt.

We have three BSBs full of 2500 (2.5k) dirt that we need to get rid of. We were planning on using it for terraforming, but we have a whole lot more digging to do on the southern side of our deed, so we will have more coming, and we'd rather it not go to waste. Unfortunately, we don't have a cargo ship (or the skills to drive one, even if we had one), so you will have to pick it up, hence the 8i/action price. Cheap dirt, indeed. The whole load (all 2.5k) can go for a total of 2s (8i/action or 80c per 1k), or you can come pick it up in 1k loads for 80c each (plus 40c for the 500 left over after 2k has been taken). We have a token for you to withdraw from, so no worries there. Our location is J23, south west of Valkirie Landing. See the image below, the silver Triangle is Godfall. We even have a large sign on the shore that states where we are, in addition to a road leading inland to our deed (which is only about 10 or 15 tiles inland). I think there is plenty space in the canal to get to us, so that shouldn't be an issue. However, if you find it isn't deep enough, let me know. Hey guys, I've got exactly one month remaining on my account for premium time and I need to get some silver to renew it! EDIT: I need about 10s total, and I am located at J23. Skilldump! The others are there for random jobs, like if someone wants me to make them an item for cheap or something. Payment will be 10i per action as usual, but on the lower skills, I will be willing to make items and imp them for 10i plus 5i per action to improve the item. I can make a bunch of things from iron to imp up to 20 right now, but 20QL is the highest I can offer. Jobs I am interested in include terraforming, mining, surface mining, farming and fishing. Other jobs are case-by-case. Likely, when I am working, I will be AFK working on something else IRL, so don't expect me to talk much while working, especially when terraforming.

Godfall can give you a spot to roost for as long as you would like, and we can give you a 3x3 plot for a house and whatnot. We are located at J23, just south-west of Valkyrie landing, which is connected to Whitefay via highway.

Formed about a week prior to this original post, Godfall is a small and ever-expanding deed located at J23. We currently have only one building erected, which serves no real purpose just yet besides holding things, but we have spaces laid out for fields, mines and more buildings and hope to expand over the next few months! Each person who joins will be allotted their own spot for a building in a 3x3 area with a 3-tile wide road leading to their building. After a while, we may clump residential buildings together to make a realistic layout. There is quite a lot of space open here for us to expand upon, plenty of trees and such nearby too. There is a water canal that leads to the ocean, so we can ship things out from our settlement. Currently, there is dirt, wood, stone, clay, tar, thorn bush and sand near by from what I have found. *The house is Whitefay, the silver point is Godfall We have positions open for miners, carpenters, blacksmiths, fishermen, farmers and other professions. Each profession will get their own building for work, as well as a community warehouse for the storing of settlement-owned goods to sell from the docks.
