I now have a Pre and Post Update Artisan ring and both are not letting me charge them, both are for weapon smithing and have been improved to 90ql.

My artisan ring was purchased shortly after the update, selected weapon smithing and improved it up to 90ql, not rare. I have not gotten the option to recharge and fellow alliance members who have far more points 1000+ do not get the option to recharge as well

yea, ive had this issue with them damaging on merchants, and still to this day over a year ago from its mentioning it hasnt been fixed. Ive lost atleast 20 EMR flags to this and countless other factions
