Why is ti so hard to get a tiny fix in a patch for this?

I used the knife i imped and repaired it until it dropped to 98.99 then reimped it. The icons next to it did not update properly to the next needed tool, and after 1/2 hr and 30-50 imps the ql went down by .01 on a successful imp. I am confussed how the ql can go down on a sucessful imp so i just stopped, something is wrong here ,

I talked to Enki in October of 2017 about this, he said he knew it was a problem and would look into it, my support ticket has been on hold ever since with no reply or fix yet. Still waiting like everyone else, what gives? Fix it already.

Create 100 Liters of wine and Imp and item beyond 99ql both refuse to update. I was told by CM Joelle to post here and my ticket was closed and marked as resolved. These are my last 2 personal goals and would like some help resolving this issue.

around 73, i started taking notice after it started to drop and i renamed it as it went down but forgot the starting coc, the woa was easy because it was a good cast. The ql of the shovel started at 92 and is now 81.

update, today all 23 of the remaining coc is gone off the shovel and the woa dropped 5 points today down to 78 - from 101 when I started keeping track. I am going to put forth a guess, maybe the client does a enchantment degredation check everytime it puts a dirt pile in my inventory and over the timer length that would be say 70ish possible ticks to the enchantment dropping off so fast? I knwo it is stated it is only supposed to check once at the end of the stamina/ action, but that clearly is not what is happening with leveling. Flattening on the other hand does zero damage to the enchant, I used the same shovel for hours doing large amounts of flattening and it did not drop one point of enchantment. I did drop 5 points of woa today alone while leveling. Flattening does not normally give dirt so it would be one long action vs the leveling. Thoughts?

Same here so far no - go . my home computer works fine, this laptop with a hotspot connection will not even try to hook up and download the patch.

It will not even start the patch process, that is befor the server/character screen.

Played Wurm fine yesterday befor the patch. No changes to my laptop but when I try to launch wurm today it downloads the app and the wurm splash box pops up then it just says unable to launch application. I deleted and reinstalled java, checked to make sure no other java apps were running int he backround. restarted the laptop a few times. I even deleted the shortcut and launched it from the website and get the same message. Any ideas?

Ok it has been 1 1/2 months and my shovel lost 5 points of ql, and over 30 points of coc and 13 points of woa. Since the top enchants have been scrubbed I am still using it as a normal shovel, i have better ones I use for important stuff, just imo, not good.

GM replied to my support ticket and basically said tough luck we do not remove them and there is no way to remove them.

I had an issue where i dug a cave tile out 2x in a row tryign to get a tunnel correct and the second time it spawned a source spring. This sounds good but infact it no will not let me collapse the tile so I can secure the passageway. GM Tarissa responded to my /support ticket and stated they do not do anything about this issue and it is part of the game mechanics. How can I have something spawn that will never go away and blocks completion of a project? I can not bash it, push it or do anything else about it. Any suggestions would be great since nobody seems to have an answer to get rid of this source spring.

My timers are long when leveling dirt, just never saw 5 points of enchantment come off in many months let alone a single week. Not much I can do but thanks for the reply.

I had a 101 woa cast on a shovel last week . not 12 hrs . a weeks worth of use digging dirt.
