  3. It is on because everyone is so isolated. It's nice to know when others log on so you can talk in Freedom Chat.
  4. Update on the Nymri Isles Server... Updated to 1.9 Deeds - No Cost to Establish, but there us UpKeep Cost. BountyMod is enabled to pay for Deed Upkeep. NEWS We have had as many as 10 players online at the same time. All spread out, but having some great conversations in Freedom Chat. Also, check out the Nymri Discord Server (nymri-isles channel): https://discord.gg/akwUrj After opening on April 1st, the first player to have a small rowing boat finished (10.0 QL or better) did so in less than a week. NICE!!! Y'all Come On Over and Try to Survive with Us!!!

  8. Hi, there all you Modders. How would you like to be the Mod Developer that created the best NPC Interaction Mod ever for Wurm Unlimited? This request allows NPCs to have Actual two-way conversations? with a built-in Quest Management System. I can't do it because I am not very skilled a Java and I have no clue how to get started writing a Mod. However, I have come up with an idea for an XML document for the conversation. I imagine a Mod that would interpret the dialog.xml document and present it to the player to interact with in a new client-side custom Dialog Box. It would require both server and client mods. Here is an example of what the dialog.xml document might look. It isn't perfect, but I think it conveys my idea. Thanks - Xil
  9. Using the Mission Ruler I assumed there was a way to create NPC Dilaog, but I haven’t figured it out. If there is a way, can someone please outline the process? Thanks - Xil
  10. I set No Decay for each wall floor and ceiling and all placed items. So hopefully it will last indefinitely. We will see.
  11. If this is not possible, can a dev (or someone in the know) just confirm it, to forego any hope for an answer I may have?

I have the server running on Linux and I have set up the various Command Line Arguments detailed here: https://www.wurmpedia.com/index.php/Server_administration_(Wurm_Unlimited)#Command_Line_Arguments What I cannot find or figure out is how to set the other things that you would normally set in the Windows Server GUI, like Kingdom Spawn Locations and all the setting in "3: Gameplay Tweaks" (in the GUI). Has anyone figured out how to set these for a Linux dedicated server? Thanks, - XIl
  13. As a GM, I created a Deed and built an underground dungeon with some cave dwellings in it. Because it was on the deed, I was able to build the cave dwellings right next to the cave walls instead of having to be one tile away. My question is, what happens if I disband the settlement now? -Xil
